Unfortunately, the evening did not meet the expectations that were set during the booking process. We experienced technical issues with our bowling lanes, which had to be reset twice, and two of my guests' drink tickets were misplaced. I was also told when booking that the food would be ready when our reservation started at 7:00 PM, but it wasn't served until about 7:30 PM. Additionally, I had confirmed ahead of time that I could substitute the wings, but when I arrived I was told that wasn't possible. The interactions with both management and our server also felt less welcoming than I had expected. To finish the evening, our group was reminded at 8:45 PM that our 9:00 PM reservation was ending, which made us feel somewhat rushed. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. I understand that issues can happen, but several aspects of the evening did not match what was communicated when I made the reservation. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

By the time we got moved to another lane we had 10 minutes to bowl before they shut down the lanes without notice at 10pm which was early considering we paid for “all you can bowl” after 9 - would’ve been nice to get a heads up since we called ahead to ask about the deal
- NDnic dJul 19, 20261.0If you’re looking for less than mediocre bowling this is a great place to go. Love that they offered us an unlimited bowling deal an hour before they closed, and then abruptly shut our lane down to let us know they were closed. When the girl offered us the deal she should have let us know they’d be closing in an hour, if I had known that I would have paid for a single game. Also if you’re actually into bowling they grease their lanes once a week so that also adds to the experience.
