  The guys at Trek are always super helpful. More than once I've brought my bike in with some sort of issue and the shop guys have been great at getting the bike up on the stand immediately, problem diagnosed, fixed and out the door quickly.

  The service department, managed by Geoff is great and quick with repairs. Caleb in sales is top notch. Purchased several bikes here along with shoes and clothes so really respect how they run their shop.

  Stefan was so quick and friendly to our son, Louis. he fixed up Louis' brakes in about 7 minutes and put on a new bell for him too. So friendly and helpful. Mike at the front desk was also very helpful getting our daughter set up with a trade-in for a bigger bike. Great experience all around.

  The service team has always been clear, dependable, and responsive. I have options closer to where I live , but Trek Saratoga helped me out when my derailer broke before a trip out west when no one else would. I have been coming back ever since. Great team! I get annual level 2 service, and when needed, service on bottom bracket, headset, and wheels.

  I had a brake service done. I called the day before and they said it would be about a week. I was surprised and happy when they called me the same day to inform me my bike was done. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I gave them my old brakes which they will use to help someone out. Somehow when I got there, they knew who I was and I don’t remember ever telling them my name.
