  Got my new bike. Store has a fantastic selection. I worked with Ian who is truly an expert. He is patient, answered the ton of questions I had, and helped me find the perfect bike setup. Highly recommend Trek Bicycle Plainview and working with Ian!

  No matter how many times I walk in to this place, I am always greeted as family. It's not just the treatment, it's also the level of care and commitment they have servicing their customers. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the different kinds of bikes they have to suit your cycling needs.As always I highly recommend this place for your cycling needs.

  Just got my daughter her a 24inch for her birthday! We were on the fence for different brands,but once we stepped in the store and saw the bike, we made the decision right away. The customer service is great for choosing the right bike, also they help me get a helmet from another store instead of back ordering for a few months. Very recommended this store!

  Had a great experience at the Plainview Trek store. The staff was very helpful and patient, especially while picking the right bike size for my son. They explained everything clearly without pushing for upgrades or unnecessary extras. The bike was assembled properly, and you can tell the quality is much better than big-box stores. They also took time to adjust the fit and make sure everything felt comfortable before we left. Overall, smooth buying experience, knowledgeable team, and good service. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable bike and honest advice.
