  I recently purchased a new bike here. Not being used to spending almost 4k on a bike I wanted the experience to reflect that price. At first it didn’t. I called ahead and said I’d be coming for the bike. They had 5 hours to prep. I got there and they couldn’t find the charger and the fender needed replacing. I was annoyed that they didn’t look at this stuff before I got there. I left without a bike - not willing to take it without the charger. Even though the process could’ve been smoother they made it right. By the time I came the next afternoon they had sourced a new charger and fender from a nearby store and fixed the problem. Would I have been happier had they prepped for my initial visit, yes. Will they be more careful next time. I suspect they will. Am I happy now after they made it right. Yes. Thanks guys. Good work. The bike works great.

  Edgar and Ash were very helpful and treated me with honor, dignity, and respect. They really took the time to listen to me and were not pushy or rushing me throughout the process.
