  I can’t say enough about how attentive and responsible the staff at Trek Stuy Town have been over the years. Every time I walk into the store, I see a mix of new customers with different needs, and it stands out how hard the team works to help everyone out whether it's delivery people that sometimes don't speak English, to elderly single speed cyclists, or the many many kids with their bikes. They are always there for the greater NYC community, and being able to build a relationship with the shop has personally helped me immensely in my cycling journey.

  Super helpful guy I wish I remembered his name. I called asking if he’d stay open 5 minutes late as I desperately needed bike shorts for a morning ride, and the gentleman let me ride right in on a Citibike, shop around (answered A LOT of questions for me) and overall had a great welcoming and pleasant attitude despite me keeping him late (really went above and beyond). Great spot

  Evan and Abbie are awesome. Came in to buy an Electra Milk crate and they spent a better part of 10 minutes looking for it. Evan believed at one point that there must’ve been an inventory error. I was contemplating life when Abbie came out with the super sick crate. Awesome crew, they even let me install it in the shop for 20 minutes AND hooked me up with some stickers to pimp it out
