- NHNahjari HamiltonJan 24, 20265.0Took my first class today and Mary Grace at the front desk was of great help. Gave me a good run down of everything and helped me with my few questions. Moises was my instructor, he killed it interacting with the group as a whole, two sessions at once and keeping the energy up with constant reminders and verbal pushes (motivation). The setting is dope and the breaks were always right on time. I’d show up again for sure.

I was hopeful that this would be the right environment to help me bring out the best in myself. However, my first visit to Rumble was a bit of a mixed experience. When I arrived, a girl at the front desk helped me, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being made fun of. Despite this, I decided to give it a chance because I was committed to trying something new. I paid $80 for two classes and honestly, the classes were great. The instructor had amazing energy, and I really enjoyed the workout. But something about the way the front desk staff behaved left me feeling uncomfortable, like they were laughing behind my back. It was strong enough that I questioned whether I should continue going. Still, I reminded myself that this was about my personal journey and the benefits I could get from the workout. I ended up emailing Rumble for some information, and they responded well. But then, when I called them yesterday, a lady answered the phone and started laughing while I was talking. She even put me on mute, and it felt very unprofessional. To be honest, it came across as quite racist, and although I know that’s a big word to use, that’s how it felt to me.
