Came here to meet my boyfriend and two other couples yesterday and it was a greattt date spot. The manager was super helpful when we didn’t know how to work the system and took really good care of us. it was honestly peak hospitality. will be back with more friends!!

I want to rate this "Good" but honestly it just wasn't. Our host led us to our reserved spot but no one explained how the simulator worked or asked us if we had done this before or even provided any sort of pleasantries upon welcome. We were very hungry and thirsty and after 37 minutes a server came over without a notepad and asked what we wanted to eat. We gave her our order while she stared at us dippy-eyed. I asked if she was sure she had our order because she just looked super high and wrote nothing down. She did not get the order correct. Long story short, the second server we were assigned did not help us much more than the first but we did eventually get more napkins and the second part of our order. I guess the most important part is we felt like an inconvenience being there despite spending money for a service. We won't be back.

Love Five Iron. All the staff are super professional, kind and helpful. The facility is excellent and very clean. Only wish there were more member hours on weekends. Still, really happy I joined. Thank you to the whole team!

Our company hosted an event here the other week and Lyric the event manager completely exceeded our expectations! Andrew and I had the best time and will look to the Flatiron location for our future events

The track mans are good at the Flatiron's new facility, and the staff are all very nice. But I'm pretty unhappy that they let my teaching pro go. My teaching pro played on the Australian tour and in the U.S. Open years ago. He's an older guy but he's still a great teacher. I don't understand why they let him go.
