I cancelled and gave away a Carbon Pro one Urtopia which has poor support and lack of service. If you are thinking about an electric assist, go to where you can count on service.
- MGMiguel GarciaJul 10, 20263.0Customer Service sucks. I asked them when I brought the bike if they can change the valve stems for me along with the installing a new handlebar. They said yes. Even left them the sealant and everything. Got my bike back and they didn’t do it. The tape job on my bike was awful. And every bike shop I’ve gone to they always give me the bike back having been at least wiped down sometimes I get it with some shine on it. Not here. For the price they charge at the very least change the valve stems but 🤷🏾♂️. They did install the handlebar right so I gave them 3 stars.
