  I had a malfunctioning battery powered air pump that I purchased last year that stopped working . Your staff filed my warranty and promptly replaced the product for free. You folks really stand behind your products !

  Excellent neighborhood bike shop with quality service. I recently got my bike serviced after 4 years, and they did a meticulous job. She rides like butter. I hope shops like these stick around.

  I've been going to this shop since buying my bike in the summer of 2022, and they've always been great, with the mechanics happy to do a quick adjustment on the spot. When a recent mystery noise was disturbing my weekly distance club rides, shop manager Forest and mechanics Ripley and Dylan graciously devoted many hours over a couple of weeks to solve the mystery at reasonable rates.
