  Serious rider with a good bike? Avoid this East Side chop shop. I bought two successive high-end bikes (Madones) here, but ended up quitting this shop cold b/c their service department became sooo consistently terrible. Aggressively dicky head mechanic, slow and crappy work, and constant upselling (never once visited this place without them trying to sell me a new chain). Once, the head mechanic lectured on me a mechanical she caused and said was unfixable (Trek West Side immediately diagnosed and fixed it no problem). If you pay $9K on a bike, you deserve more than some bad-attitude hack giving you a hard time and bad repairs. Go ahead, bring your rusty old huffy here for servicing, but if you're a serious rider with a good bike, avoid this place -- there are plenty of good bike shops with professional service departments in this town.

  I had a malfunctioning battery powered air pump that I purchased last year that stopped working . Your staff filed my warranty and promptly replaced the product for free. You folks really stand behind your products !
