  I felt warmly welcomed, and it was definitely a different experience, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be returning.

  This experience was great!!! I will be back. The Sunday morning staff are respectful and kind. They answered all my questions and assisted me with joining the drop-in session after I arrived too late for my complimentary session... Money well spent.

  My 1st class was so much fun! You need gloves/hand wraps. If you don’t have personal equipment you can rent gloves after your 1st visit for $5.00 and the wraps were $25 and a one time purchase. The class instructor was Sabrina. She’s so sweet and will explain/check on you during class. You can always talk to her before/after with any questions/concerns and she will be supportive and answer whatever you need. The class is fast paced! Be ready! But! I did what my body tolerated for a newbie so do your best! Keep showing up & it’ll all be worth it!
