  My 1st class was so much fun! You need gloves/hand wraps. If you don’t have personal equipment you can rent gloves after your 1st visit for $5.00 and the wraps were $25 and a one time purchase. The class instructor was Sabrina. She’s so sweet and will explain/check on you during class. You can always talk to her before/after with any questions/concerns and she will be supportive and answer whatever you need. The class is fast paced! Be ready! But! I did what my body tolerated for a newbie so do your best! Keep showing up & it’ll all be worth it!

  WORST SERVICE!! I completely understand that businesses have policies, but the customer service we received was unacceptable. We arrived only 3 minutes late because of an accident that caused unexpected traffic, apologized immediately, and politely explained the situation. Instead of showing even a little understanding or trying to offer any solution, the front desk employee (blonde with glasses, working Friday evening) was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had a sarcastic attitude the entire time. What upset me most was the lack of empathy and professionalism. When we expressed our frustration, she simply told us to leave a bad review if we were unhappy. Customer service is about how you treat people, and unfortunately this experience was disrespectful from start to finish

  Kevin is awesome. High energy, motivating, circulates the room and demonstrates techniques. Also has a great playlist!
