  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to help my son find the right electric bike for him. They were knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. What I really appreciated was that they seemed genuinely interested in making sure he got a bike that fit what he needed, not just making a sale. They also offer service and maintenance, which gives me peace of mind knowing we have somewhere to bring the bike if he ever needs help with it. My son is very happy with his new e-bike, and I'm very happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an electric bike. Five stars!

  What a fantastic store. Rob and Greg’s customer service is second to none. I stopped in during a ride from buffalo to nyc with a shredded tire and the guys helped me find a new bike, drove me back to my hotel with the new bike and are storing my old one. Highly recommended

  I’ve been contemplating getting a new bike for a while now, but I never quite knew what I was looking for. All I knew was that my bike was extremely uncomfortable. This was my first time visiting a bike shop, and I’m incredibly pleased with our decision to purchase from Trek. As soon as we stepped inside, Robert greeted us and asked a few questions to understand my riding style. He then recommended the Trek Verve 3 for me. I was a bit hesitant about making a big purchase, so I did some research around town and online and discovered that the customer service at Trek couldn’t be beat. We returned a few hours later and met Logan, and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Robert. We were having such a great experience that my boyfriend ended up getting a bike from them as well. Overall, our experience with the staff at Trek was fantastic. They were incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. Honestly, it’s probably the best customer service I’ve received in the area in a long time. I highly recommend Trek to anyone looking to buy a bike.
