This was my first time visiting a bike shop, and I’m incredibly pleased with our decision to purchase from Trek. As soon as we stepped inside, Robert greeted us and asked a few questions to understand my riding style. He then recommended the Trek Verve 3 for me. I was a bit hesitant about making a big purchase, so I did some research around town and online and discovered that the customer service at Trek couldn’t be beat. We returned a few hours later and met Logan, and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Robert. We were having such a great experience that my boyfriend ended up getting a bike from them as well. Overall, our experience with the staff at Trek was fantastic. They were incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. Honestly, it’s probably the best customer service I’ve received in the area in a long time. I highly recommend Trek to anyone looking to buy a bike.
