  So good, had fun bowling and took it as a field trip when I was a kid arcade and food was so good got plenty of tickets for the arcade😅 but it was worth it.

  We recently hosted our child’s birthday party here, and while one server was excellent and did her best to help, the overall experience was disappointing. Management was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the constant extra charges made the event feel more stressful than enjoyable. The most frustrating part was being charged because parents ate small amounts of food left on their own children’s plates. That level of nickel-and-diming at a child’s birthday party felt unreasonable and left a bad impression on many guests. For the amount spent on private events, we expected far better customer service. Hopefully management improves the way they handle families and party bookings in the future

  I had a frustrating experience at this bowling alley because of how the bill was handled. There were four of us, and the total came out to $121. One person in our group was covering for another, so we asked for the bill to be split accordingly. Instead of splitting it evenly or listening to what we were trying to explain, the employee split it into three payments, charging each of us $40. When I pointed out that splitting it into four would have made more sense (so each person would be paying $30, with one person covering two shares), the employee insisted it would be the same amount which is simply not true. It felt dismissive and confusing, and no effort was made to fix or even clearly explain the situation. The experience left us feeling overcharged and not taken seriously. I’d recommend better training for staff on basic billing and customer communication so situations like this can be handled more professionally in the future.
