- PHPeter HJan 24, 20265.0Just joined UBX and I’m loving it so far. The setup is great and the atmosphere is fast-paced and high energy. Each session is about 45 minutes, and you’re in and out with a complete full-body workout. It’s hard but fun, and super efficient. David trained me for my first couple sessions and did an awesome job keeping things moving and pushing me the right amount. Definitely looking forward to more training here.

Trainers are on top of you making sure you are doing every exercise appropriately, any questions or concerns they are always there to help. Super beginner friendly for those who are shy to start their weight loss journey. The entire staff is super friendly, they refer to everyone in the gym by their first name which is super cool. Love it so much I even brought my family to join in on the fun as well ! Highly recommended ! -Pepe.
