  Did the free tryout class and everybody was so nice Pedro was very accommodating, friendly and Understanding. The instructor was Very nice and patient with somebody who has never Done this sport. Really recommend them!

  I had an amazing time here, it was super welcoming and even my first class I felt at home. The class was beginner friendly but pushes you to try your hardest. The whole atmosphere was super positive and my instructor was the best. He guided us without making me feel small or nervous. I walked out covered in sweat and a smile on my face. This was all I could ask for and more. Thank you for making such an amazing space to grow.

  We had an incredible experience at Ascended BJJ & Boxing! My boys, ages 5 and 4, absolutely loved their first class. The team was patient, encouraging, and amazing with young children. They kept the kids engaged while teaching discipline, confidence, and foundational skills in a fun and supportive environment. As a single parent with little to no knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu, I really appreciated how informative and knowledgeable the team was. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the program, and make me feel comfortable and confident in our decision. By the time class was over, my boys were already asking when they could come back. They were so excited that we signed up for memberships the same day! They also absolutely loved their uniforms and couldn’t wait to put them on and show them off. If you’re looking for a positive, family-friendly gym with a team that genuinely cares about its students and families, I highly recommend Ascended BJJ & Boxing.
