- DSDaniel SchneebergerAug 28, 20261.0Consumers BEWARE… STAY away far far AWAY!.!.!. RV&E is Trash. The owner Doug is an incompetent owner and doesn’t know what he’s doing in my personal opinion. Personally I can tell you when I bring my Trek in and HE TRY’S to BLAME me for damage equipment even tho it’s FAULTY equipment that HIS SHOP did the work on. It is mind boggling to me that an owner of a shop would do something like this. Like come on bro… Do you want your community to support you locally or do you want to pick and choose who you do business with, with your poor business ethics? I understand no one wants to admit when they are wrong, and I also understand when you lose money fixing the problem YOU CREATED but come on DOUG… Be a man and fix the problem you created… Not a child who plays mind games and blame EVERYONE ELSE. So in my personal experience and opinion STAY FAR AWAY. There are so many shops like this place in the Monroe County area that are much nicer, they do amazing work and like to do business with their community NOT LIKE RV&E Bike and Skate in Fairport. I’m sorry Doug but Please Grow Up and do better in business.
