  Alex was extraordinary, creating one of the best in-store experiences I've had in a long time. I stopped by to pick up grips and tires for my son's bike. I asked if Alex would supervise while I installed the grips and changed the tires. In between helping other customers, he coached me through the process and lent a hand. Alex's kindness will make me a lifetime customer of this shop. Andrew also went above and beyond. Before arriving at the shop, I called to make sure the parts had arrived. Andrew picked up quickly with a friendly attitude and made me excited to visit the shop.

  I came in this afternoon with a flat tire, I walked in the 93 degrees heat to the store for 10 minutes to get it fixed. I’ve been to the store before to buy some stuff for my bike, never an issue. The guy in the store asked for my phone number and I responded that I’ve never had to give my number before. He responded that in order for them to fix a flat, a 5 minute job btw they needed - a phone number - an email address - first and last name All this personal information just for a flat fix, he also mentioned as a tip that I should check the no email box when the emails start coming in! I said that I’m not comfortable giving out all of this information and he just told me to go somewhere else then. I left the store and walked over to Atlantic avenue through the heat to have my flat fixed. No questions asked, while I was in there, 2 more customers came in , were greeted and they got their work done without exchanging info. Please do a better job serving the people that keep you in business.

  I pre-ordered my bike from Trek Cobble Hill, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was absolutely amazing. They took the time to let me try multiple bikes, answered all of my questions, and made sure I ended up with the correct size. I never felt rushed or pressured, and everyone was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. This is, without a doubt, the best bike shop in nyc. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Trek Cobble Hill for taking such great care of me. I can't wait to pick up my new bike!

  I came in multiple times for my two non-Trek bikes and I cannot recommend them enough! One of my bikes was a Zizzo Urbano folding bike that I was converting to an ebike with Swytch and they went above and beyond to help me fit it and work out the issues when I wasn’t able to figure it out. They are always so helpful and happy to help and I go for them for everything for both of my bikes!
