Yes, the merchandise is pricey...but it wears forever, so I don't mind spending extra up front. Plus, I always check the sales rack and normally find something worthwhile!

They have a great selection of name brand items ranging from Patagonia, north face, Oakley and, yeti to name a few. They also have some more great budget friendly products from their own REI store brand. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and their is a wide variety that will fit most budgets. If you are in the market for a mountain bike you can even find that here. Stop on in before your next outdoor adventure to stock up on the necessities and maybe some items you didn’t even realize you needed 😉

They clearly knew their stuff and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which is rare these days. Before I left, they did a full safety inspection on both bikes, gave me informational packets, and even threw in some stickers for the kids. They also got me set up with the rewards program before checkout, which saved me some money. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The whole experience felt thoughtful and personal in a way you don't usually get from a big retailer. If you're buying bikes for your kids, this is the place to do it. Highly recommend and they let you trade in your old REI bikes for 40% off a new one. I will be buying all of their bikes here for now on!
