- MAMary A.Sep 10, 20263.0It's REI-- mostly clothes. Hard to find the women's clearance racks. Not easy to find staff either. Had an empty warehouse feel.
- ATAnnette TiberiSep 10, 20265.0I love REI! The products are top notch, the return policy is wonderful, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are larger stores in other cities, but I'm just grateful Buffalo finally has an REI. I shop online (with in store pickup) and in the store. Thanks REI!
