- MSmarcelo silvas4 days ago1.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would unfortunately this is not an option. They told us to sit down and wait for a server waited 30 minutes no one ever came so we decides to leave. I was very hungry after running the half marathon and since the golden nugget was hosting it decided to try put this place, poor decision on my part. Already running on low needing to eat, wasted my time when I could have been eating. Terrible service!

Her name is Cara and she was the Bartender, Server, issue resolver, and handled any other situation that came up SOLO. If Superhero is a real thing, Cara is one. She handled the entire establishment like a pro. Can't say enough good things about her iand Bills. thank you Cara!!

Upon arrival, we were told our reserved table had already been given away, and the manager took nearly 20 minutes to address the situation. After that, we waited at our table for over 40 minutes and counting without being served once. While I can understand staff being overwhelmed, this wasn’t an unexpected rush—this is the Kentucky Derby, one of the busiest and most predictable events of the year for a sportsbook. Being this understaffed reflects a clear failure in planning and management, not just an off night. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and frustrating, especially given the occasion and the fact that we planned ahead. I would strongly reconsider returning for any major event.
