- DCDom CJul 19, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about the team at Trek Reno. "Phenomenal" doesn't even begin to cover it—5 stars honestly doesn't do this crew justice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, informative, patient, and thoroughly professional. They got me up and running on my new bike in no time, taking the care to install all of my new accessories perfectly. They let me take it out for a few test drives to make sure everything felt dialed in, and they even went the extra mile to make sure the bike was safely and securely loaded into my car before I left. What really impressed me, though, was how they manage the entire shop. Even while I was being fully taken care of, I watched the associates seamlessly balance the room. Every single person who walked through the door was immediately acknowledged and given the attention they deserved, keeping the whole shop flowing smoothly. The team routinely checked in with waiting customers, giving them updates or sharing friendly updates on service work being done for people they knew. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier technical expertise with such genuine, proactive hospitality. If you need a bike, service, or gear, do yourself a favor and visit Trek Reno.
