- JVJanae VanceSep 13, 20265.0I went into REI looking for a pair of trail shoes. I loved the fact that the Employees in the shoe Department were very helpful to the Customers. Grace helped me and she was not only kind and friendly, but extremely helpful with giving me the information I needed and helping me to find the right shoe and pair of orthotics. I left the store with a smile on my face. The Customer service in this store is excellent, and I really appreciate the fact that the Employees walk around the store with a positive attitude and willingness to ask Customers if they need help with anything! The store is clean, organized, and has a variety of good quality products.
