  I spent quite some time in here this afternoon looking at backpacking gear. I was a little bummed at the selection of gear that was there as i was hoping to physically inspect a few specific products i had found on the site. However the staff that helped me peruse the gear that was available were absolutely amazing. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kristi was very informative about how to best utilize the REI membership and all the benefits that it comes with. Gaby, who is more of a climber than a backpacker was still very accommodating in helping me narrow down the selection of sleeping pads. But most of all Crispin knew just about every detail about almost every piece of gear available, including ones not stocked in the store.. He guided me around each section patiently. And taught me a lot about how to select the proper gear. I went in feeling a little overwhelmed regarding all the gear and specs and left with a much more honed in idea of what gear would best suite me and my needs. All of these people were amazing and I greatly appreciate the care they took of me as well as the rest of the customers in the store. These people deserve praise for what they offer to the world. Thanks guys!!

  I am really impressed with the bike shop here. I would never think to go to REI to get my high end e bikes worked on. Jared the shop manager and his team are awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I am going to go do some shopping here soon. If you are having technical issues with your bike or e bike, go here. They will get it done right and fast. They are very more then fair priced as well. Canyon owners. This is a great option as they are a warranty center for Canyon.
