  I’m really disappointed with our stay at the Golden Nugget in Laughlin. My wife and I brought along disabled family members and booked four rooms. Right off the bat, the check-in process was a problem: even though we hadn’t paid yet, we were told we couldn’t use our players card. Then, two of the rooms had broken air conditioners. One was eventually fixed, but the other kept my family up all night. On top of that, the next day we were asked to leave the room for over two hours for repairs. Then, while we were just quietly sitting in the smoking area by the pool, security approached us—six men in total—accusing us of being homeless when we’ve already stayed for three nights. It was incredibly humiliating. And after all this, we didn’t even get the points we should have earned. We spent over a thousand dollars just on rooms, and probably over four grand total. I expected so much better. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place.

  I recently stayed at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino with my husband over Mother’s Day weekend after driving nearly 700 miles for what we hoped would be a relaxing vacation. We had reserved a room for three nights in advance, and upon arrival I requested a garden view room. Unfortunately, I was told none were available despite having booked ahead of time. We were assigned Room 148, and immediately noticed several issues. The bathroom and hallway lights were not working, and the air conditioning was also broken. I reported these problems to the front desk, and while maintenance eventually fixed the lighting, the air conditioning issue was never resolved. After such a long drive, I was looking forward to relaxing, but instead I spent much of my stay dealing with ongoing maintenance problems. The following evening, we discovered that the toilet in the bathroom was leaking. Once again, we notified the front desk and were told someone would fix it. Although staff later claimed the issue had been repaired, the toilet continued leaking afterward. I ultimately had to place a towel around the base of the toilet myself just to temporarily stop the water from spreading. At checkout, I informed the front desk about all of the issues we experienced during our stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the distance we traveled and the expectations we had for our vacation. Unfortunately, I will not be staying there again.

  whom it may concern!!! My wife and I booked a courtyard king room threw agoda website. Our stay was for one night May 3rd 2026. When we checked in we were expecting a courtyard king room after we paid your deposit and resort fee we were given a courtyard view room instead not a actual walk outside courtyard room we were very disappointed in this. The room we were given was east wing # 426 when we got up to room we unpacked our luggage and wanted to brush our teeth when we ran the sink water it smelled like sewer coming from pipes in sink that was very disturbing and not pleasant. We went down stairs to inform the front desk they said they would send somebody up to look at it. After a hour we went back to front desk and nobody has looked at the problem yet. They informed us that someone is going to look at it now. By the time we got up to the room there was a guy looking at the sink he informed us that he would put a request to front desk that we needed to change room. So we packed everything up and went down stairs to front desk they gave us another room east wing #401. We unpacked our luggage again and we went and played in casino and ate at Saltgrass we didn't get back to room until around 1am in morning. We got our pajamas and went in bathroom to brush our teeth the sink would not drain and we noticed bugs on sink climbing on faucet. That was enough for us. We didn't even pull down the sheets or blankets on bed.we packed our luggage up again and went down to front desk and told them what has happened and checked out.. we were very tired but decided we were going to drive home instead taking a chance to sleep in that room. We had a very disappointing trip to the Golden Nugget we paid for a room and didn't even pull the sheets down. I would very much like to hear back from somebody to make this right.

  The Golden Nugget advertisers that it is dog friendly. And yes it will you have a dog in the room. It also has patio dining in at least one of its on-site restaurants. Of course there is no on-site restaurant, even the one with patio dining that will allow a dog on its patio unless that dog is a service animal. When I inquired about restaurants in the immediate area that allow dogs in its outdoor dining area, the answer was In-N-Out Burger. I would like to know who goes to Laughlin to dine at In-N-Out.

  I had one of the worst dealers today. I was playing bonus heads up and she started to flip the first 2 cards over and I hadn't checked yet. I asked her to wait and when I played she said now we had to wait for her because it was her table and we need to wait for her. After the hand I stepped away from the table for a minute because I felt she was rude and I didn't want to get upset. When I came back the next hand she did the exact same thing but flipped over the cards without me checking or playing. When I told her I hadn't had a chance to play she got an attitude and called over the pit boss. She rudely told her what happened and words were said between us. I couldn't believe that a dealer would be so rude. I just wanted to be able to play my game. I walked away from the table shaking I was so upset. I won't be playing there again
