  This was a nightmare. They are a pet friendly property - However, there is a $75 A DAY pet fee even thought the cost for the room was only $44. So in addition to the $100 deposit there would be a DAILY pet charge. Then the put you in a hallway where all the rooms have a pet in them so the dogs just bark at each other through the adjoining door in the room. I was here to beat the heat and get some work done and was up all night with the pups barking and fighting in the room next to me. Then the following morning I get a text notice that I am checking out - I booked 2 nights - paid for 2 nights but they only checked me in for 1 night - which them caused my keys to deactivate - so I had to go to the front desk to extend my key and they tell me I need and ID so I go all the way back to my room and come back with an ID and they asked me for a credit card to charge me again - I said for what because they said they waived the pet fee - she said yeah that was for yesterday - the pet fee that I already paidwas not credited back to my card? This made me say no I'm checking out this has been ridiculous. I will never stay here again. Harrah's Laughlin will get my weekly business as well as my team of travel agents will no longer send business to this property.

  This was our 1st stay at the Laughlin location after many stays at the Vegas 1. The Staff was not very friendly at check-in. They definitely made us, & most others waiting, feel like we were an inconvenience. We witnessed the Host yell at a Guest for "not waiting in line" when he was just trying to locate Pool Towels. We Reserved a Courtyard Accessible Room, which had a nice layout over all. The Room itself was very clean. Fridge & Coffee Maker provided. However, the Patio was completely covered in bird poop, as were the chairs, so it was pretty useless to us. We enjoyed the Casino & had an excellent Dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse. We also enjoyed the Pool, which was very clean & was river-front. The Property could use a little attention to detail as far as cleanliness.

  If it weren’t for how dirty the rooms were and the lame pool, it would be worth more stars. I can’t believe how filthy the rooms are. First room was dirty and the air didn’t work so they “upgraded” us to their “best” room which was “renovated”, first floor next to the pool. What they forgot to mention was that it was the dog floor, last room on the floor across from the housekeeping closet and the door to the back of the building to get to the pool so it was non stop door slamming! And that “upgraded” room was more gross than the first room! Bugs and caked on dust as if the room hadn’t seen human life in months! We asked for it to be cleaned and they came to sweep up most of the bugs, that’s it!! The first room still had a disgusting dirty toilet and the air was set to arctic with no way to change it because “it was so old they don’t make parts for those air conditioners anymore” according to the maintenance guy, so they offered to move us to the “upgraded room”! I spoke with “the manager” and he asked for photos, which I had plenty (I’ll spare you the toilet pic), so he could show them to the HK manager. No other compensation or customer service! Too bad because there were 12 of us ( most of us gamblers) 6 rooms and none of us will ever go back to stay. And the pool, if that’s what you want to call it! I booked this hotel based on the pool and renovated rooms advertised. All false! The pool was a joke, the size of an exaggerated jacuzzi and the “bar” wasn’t even open. The front desk said the pool bar was only open a few hours on Friday and Saturdays, but it doesn’t say that anywhere or I would not have bothered to book there! Just overall disappointing! The Rush lounge is the best thing they have going for them! Next time we will take our money elsewhere! And the rooms were not cheap considering how inexpensive Laughlin hotels typically are!

  It has a beautiful entry with palm trees and bright open feel. Air conditioners were working well in all parts of the establishment. Restaurants and casino were surprisingly not as Smokey as I was expecting for a casino in Laughlin which most of the places you go are very Smokey. A few nice choices of restaurants in the casino. Bubba Gump has a beautiful river side location with good views Of the flowing river while you dine. My fish and chips were great. Drinks were reasonable. Easy access to boat parking directly across from hotel and a flat walk both ways which I appreciated.
