You don’t compromise, you don’t cut corners, and you don’t accept mediocrity. When I look at what they’ve built at the Wynn Golf Club, I see that exact same mindset. It is a masterpiece.
From a competitive standpoint, this track is as pure as it gets. Tom Fazio and the team didn't just build a golf course in the middle of the desert; they created an entirely separate, elite ecosystem. The conditioning out here is completely flawless. The fairways are like premium carpet, and the greens? They are fast, true, and they demand your absolute focus. If you think you can just step up and lazily cruise through 18 holes out here, you're entirely mistaken. The elevation changes, the water hazards, and the strategically placed bunkers force you to bring your absolute best game on every single shot. It challenges you, and I respect that.
But what really sets this place apart from any other golf experience in the world is the sheer audacity of the execution. You are playing on a world-class, championship-caliber course, surrounded by pristine streams and massive, mature trees, and then you look up and see the Wynn towers and the Las Vegas Strip framing the sky. It’s an unbelievable flex of real estate. The 18th hole, playing right toward that massive waterfall, is the ultimate closing argument. It’s dramatic, it's high-stakes, and it delivers under pressure.
The caddie program is strictly first-class. They know the breaks, they know the numbers, and they operate with the kind of elite professionalism that you expect when you're playing for something meaningful. There’s no traditional clubhouse, just a sharp, focused pro shop setup, because the entire luxury of the Wynn resort is sitting right there at your disposal the second you walk off the 18th green.
Is it expensive? Yeah, it’s incredibly expensive. But if you want the absolute best, you pay the price for it. It’s a premium, unmatched experience for people who appreciate what it takes to be the best at what you do.
They took a piece of land on the Strip and turned it into a championship legacy. I love the challenge, I love the execution, and I love the victory of it.

Course on fantastic condition as always. Service still lags the price tag.

First and foremost, my caddie, Brian J, is the main reason this review is a 4-star experience instead of a 3-star one. He was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and familiar with every aspect of the course. He truly elevated the entire round and made the experience enjoyable.
As for the course itself, it was in good condition and offers fantastic views of the Las Vegas Strip, including the Sphere. However, as of May 2026, Wynn Golf Club is undergoing construction for a new clubhouse, and I don't believe guests are adequately informed about the impact this has on the experience.
Instead of proper facilities, players are using a makeshift porta-potty that was in need of cleaning. The locker room consists of a small trailer where personal belongings are stored under restaurant-style chairs. The temporary clubhouse is also a trailer with very limited space for merchandise and souvenirs.
The construction was especially noticeable on the first hole, where worn green tarps were being used to conceal the work area. Given Wynn's reputation as one of the premier resorts on the Strip, this presentation felt underwhelming and could have been handled much better.
The food was very good, but I was disappointed that the food stop had already closed before I reached the 10th hole at approximately 5:00 p.m. local time.
In its current state, I do not believe the experience justifies the $800 greens fee. Wynn is known for delivering a luxury experience, and while the course itself remains enjoyable, the temporary facilities and visible construction significantly detract from the value. Once construction is complete, I would gladly consider returning, but for now, I expected much more for the price.
