Always my fav Hotel to stay when i go Vegas! feel secure here as they have the best security. Cannot go up to the hotel floors unless you verify your roomkey to a security personel who stands guard at the elevators!!! Ive been to other hotels in vegas, where street people are hanging around the hotels and on diff floors.. venetian is great location also.

1 star simple for the pool situation.
90 percent of the chairs at the pools are reserved chairs. We didn’t know that, as we weren’t told that before our stay, and then when we showed up…. All the chairs were already reserved for our entire stay.
There were a handful of unreserved chairs, all already taken by 10am on a Friday, and in less than ideal locations.
Overall, super disappointed. You pay a resort fee and can’t even get a spot to sit at the pool.
At the bare minimum, this should be throughly communicated leading up to your stay so you know that you have to reserve chairs at the pool. There was absolutely nothing in the “know before you go” email received from the hotel about this.
Every staff member we talked to was snarky about it as well and did not care. Kept telling us there were plenty of unreserved chairs, which there weren’t. Left us with a VERY bitter taste on this hotel.

I have made it a point to stay at the Venetian every year for the K26 conference, but my experience this year was deeply disappointing. Due to my wife being hospitalized the Tuesday before our Sunday arrival, I attempted to cancel our reservation on Friday morning. Despite providing 48 hours' notice and explaining the medical emergency, the hotel strictly enforced a 72-hour policy and charged me for a full night’s stay. While I understand policies exist, the complete lack of compassion for a recurring guest during a crisis is telling. Moving forward, I will be booking my conference lodging elsewhere.

Had an amazing stay at the Venetian!
For check in, I used the check in machines. Which at first seems super unpersonal, but they turned out to be very fast (versus waiting in line at reception) and super handy. The best thing is that they allow you to check in before the room is ready. Once the room is ready, you will receive an email.
Check-out was equally easy.
Where the hotel made a positive difference was by offering me a complimentary late check out. And on the morning of check-out, housekeeping still serviced my room by knocking on the door and asking if I needed anything like extra towels etc. this was great as usually housekeeping skips rooms that would check out.
Check out is easy as well, either via your mobile or via the check-out kiosks. They also allow you to change the card that they will charge.
Special call out to Jonathan from the Reception, who helped me very well.
I only used one of the many pools, the garden pool, which had 2 spa/jacuzzi’s. The pool is open till 22 H (wish they extend this till 23/midnight), as the spa/jacuzzi is great to relax after a long day of walking over the strip.
For who likes to gamble or just to watch others play, the casino is of decent size. I was more amazed by the size of the Wynn casino next door, but the Venetian is a good 2nd place. I also noted that 2x per day, they offer complimentary classes on how to play craps. Which is also a nice game to just watch others play.
The hotel also offers good services to store your luggage before check in or after check out.

This place was absolutely amazing—it literally makes your eyes widen in awe! It feels almost like stepping into a beautiful imagination brought to life. The hotel and casino are designed to resemble the city of Venice, and everything looks perfectly detailed and well-aligned.
One of the highlights is the gondola rides available both inside and outside the hotel, which add a magical touch and make you feel like you’re actually in Venice.
The casino is विशाल and spacious, with a lively atmosphere where people were clearly enjoying themselves. Even the washrooms felt luxurious—more like something you’d find in a palace!
Unfortunately, we didn’t stay at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the rooms. But from everything we experienced, I can confidently say it feels worth every penny spent at this place
