  After loving Rumble Boxing in NYC, I was excited to find a location near my new home! The coaches here are awesome. They lead high-energy, motivating classes that combine boxing, intense cardio, and strength whilst helping to refine your technique. The classes are intense, empowering, and have a supportive vibe. They are also a great way to relieve stress, and every class feels like a personal victory! 🥊💪🏽

  This was my first time at Rumble and Joel led an amazing class. His instructions were clear and motivated you throughout the whole class!

  Coach Mikey is such a blast!! What a workout it’s fun and intense but his personality really keeps you motivated the entire time!
