- RJRachel Jalali1 day ago5.0I went into Rei today for insoles for my new work shoes. Spent 100 bucks on them and my feet still hurt. I asked Nate if he could direct me to the insoles. He walked over told him my story about my feet. He made a suggestion and then he tested my feet for the perfect insoles. I put them in my work shoes and walked around for a good 10 minutes. He also suggestive I sign up for the membership and told me all about the benefits. Honestly I dont shop at Rei often. But the benefits it offered was a nice perk. My insoles were on sale and I didn't know. That was a plus. The customer service was 10/10. I have never been taken care of so well in my life. Everyone every where else is in a huge hurry to move on and not here. I went to Boco Park in Las Vegas and I was behind shocked at how I was treated and how everyone around me was treated. Hands down to this company. They must be very good to the employees for them to care so much. I appreciate the kindness. Even the cashier was absolutely amazing. Like this made my whole day and I cant wait to go back again.

I believe that was his name; he was an older gentleman and we went on May 15th around 4pm or 5pm. He was so knowledgable and helped us find the perfect shoe. He told us about the REI membership and signed up that day. Love this location!
