  I stayed here over the weekend, and it’s a mixed experience. Since the property is located off the busy Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip), the weekend rates were very friendly and affordable, making it a great budget option. I also appreciated that guest room elevators required key-card access, which provided a good sense of security. The room isolation was surprisingly decent, and the outdoor parking lot felt safe. However, there are a few downsides. The casino lobby allows heavy smoking, so the smoke odor was quite strong and hard to ignore. The biggest issue was the room itself—it felt pretty dated, and the housekeeping was definitely not thorough. I booked a double-bed room, and when I pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, it was obvious that someone had already slept in it. Even worse, there was leftover trash inside the bedding layers and ripped packaging wrappers left on the floor right by the bedside. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you want to save money on a Vegas weekend and don't mind staying off the Strip, but the management really needs to step up their cleaning and room inspection standards.

  Don't eat from P.T's. The employees do not wash their hands. The manager didn't even make the employee wash his hands after I went and got him and told him that the employee had just come across the casino floor with supplies, cell phone in hand and just started handling food. It only takes a minute to wash and santize your hands. It's a given when you're serving food to the public.

  do not waste your time staying at this whole in the wall hotel!!!!! this hotel doesn’t even deserve a 1 star , they have horrible customer service , no room service , and they give you room cards that don’t work. I got locked out of my room and the ASIAN lady at the front desk refused to give me a replacement card because my husband was not present , I had the room confirmation number , I showed her his ID and all of his information and she still denied to help me get into my ROOM! do not waste your time staying here as they clearly do not care about their customers!!!!!!

  I have been here twice since they opened and I had the pleasure of being waited on by Alex and Chris. Both servers were amazing and had great customer service. The restaurant is clean and the food came out in a timely fashion. I have also been checked on by management both times to ensure a wonderful visit.

  Was blindsided by resort and deposit fee which was not listed when booking. No working refrigerator for four days ,maintenance man came up to look at it and said that it would be replaced ,never received it. Called the front desk about the toilet roll holder, which fell out of the wall when we went to get toilet paper ,was told that it would be listed for maintenance ,no one came to repair.Water was lukewarm at best. Telephone in the room was very outdated .,got disconnected a few times when trying to call the front desk. I think there was a shortage in the phone line.
