  Trash under the beds, room smelled like smoke and mildew. Couldn't even get them to give us fresh towels. Can't reccomend this hotel unless their housekeeping improves.

  Never book here, when you go pay for you’re room they’re gonna try and charge you double the amount you just paid and when you cancel you’re reservation they’ll refuse to give you you’re money back, nothing but thief’s

  Stayed here for a short business trip. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just the basics — hot water, a clean room, and a quiet night. Check-in was smooth and fast, staff was friendly and professional. The room looked okay at first, but issues started quickly. The mattress was uncomfortable, and I didn’t sleep well. The carpet wasn’t clean — I walked in white socks and that was a mistake. The bathroom also felt neglected, with some wear and residue around. The biggest problem was the shower. The first morning it took time to get hot water. The second morning the handle didn’t work at all — no hot water, and I had no time to fix it or call anyone before work. Nights were not quiet either. Around 4am you can hear water from other rooms, doors slamming, people outside talking. Curtains don’t fully close, so light comes in early too. Pricing adds up. I paid $87 through Booking, plus $67 resort fee for two nights and a $100 deposit. For that, you expect basic things to work. Check-out through the TV didn’t work either after entering my info. Parking was easy and location worked for me, but overall too many basic issues. For me this is a 3-star stay.

  Worst experience we have ever had! We stayed here the weekend of April 18th-20th. We chose this hotel because it had a living room with a pull out couch for the kids and an long bed in the bedroom…there was no bedding on the pull out and when I called and asked for extra bedding all they had was sheets and towels!!! No pillows and no blanket!!! When we went to take the kids to the pool the gates were locked and our keys wouldn’t work. I looked on the website and nothing was mentioned about the pool being closed. I called the front desk and she informed me the pool was closed due to renovations until sometime in April and had no date to give us. The room was dirty and the customer service is a joke! I will never stay here again.

  Earliest check in is 3 pm no minute earlier. They claim to charge you a fee if you check in earlier but they still need to confirm with house keeping. We called front desk to order towels and an iron. Took more than 1 hour, 3 phone calls, me walking into the casino requesting an update on our items. I was told housekeeping closed 🤦🏻‍♀️ and our request was given to a runner 🙈. I was still on hold following up for the fourth time. Mary Lou was the person I spoke to, apparently Lupe the supervisor was going to speak to me but never picked up. I was also given the name Julio who is the manager and I asked if he was doing something to expedite our request and I guess he didn’t know 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😱😱😱 I’m assuming people steal the iron here 🤦🏻‍♀️ and how disgusting the ironing board is 🤢🤮😷 I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Pay a lil more to stay somewhere else. ‼️‼️ DON’T DO IT!!!!
