  Rooms are not that great, Aspen&Jamie are nice with helping customers and the manger doesn't help out well enough with complaint's nor services

  The rooms are not very clean. The air conditioner is filthy. Smells bad. The bathroom has lots of water damage.

  I really like Arizona Charlie's on Boulder. I'm not really into their slots. But I do like their bingo upstairs. And the food serves there is excellent 👌🏾

  The hotel rooms are disgusting. When we arrived to our room, there was already a lot of issues. The bathtub a lot of cuts, nicks, stains. Everything was left on (TV, lights, etc.) And thought someone was already in the room. The couch in our room wreaked of urine. The area is very sketchy. The service was nice when we asked if we could change rooms, but when we moved to the next room, it wreaked of weed. I could practically taste it. There was no deadbolt, and the A/C unit was sketchy. My family and I just needed to stay the night and we did not feel comfortable or safe here. If you like this sort of thing, go for it. But this was not what I was hoping for.

  This place has really gone downhill!! It used to be a nice place to gamble but now its a place where alot of suspicious people just sit at machines not playing and stare at you and most of them appear homeless! It's just creepy! The machines are terrible. I lost $60 in a matter of minutes playing 5 cent video poker! And then machines are dirty! Some creepy Phillipino looking housekeeping guy kept staring at my wife! We were there two hours and never saw any security anywhere! This used to be one of our favorite places to eat and and gamble but not anymore! We won't be back!
