  I had gotten a room at Arizona Charlies Boulder through a reservation desk on the phone. They said $54. No resort fees. Straight up. But when I got to Arizona Charlies Boulders, it was a different story. The early check in cost 28.50. So I thought. My lady is in a wheelchair. So I let the front desk know that she is in a wheelchair. I said to her several times because she was not paying any attention while she was on the computer. When she finally lookup at me, she okay I got it. So I used my card again to pay the early check in fee. She gave me my card key and I was on my way. I got my lady and we drove to the building next to the casino. After we finally found our room, my lady said this is not a handicapped room. Angrily I said let go and we headed toward the front desk. I said, this not the handicapped room that I requested. I wanted a refund for the phone call reservation at Arizona Charlies Boulder of $54 and upon getting my receipt I saw that they charged me $133.89. I said why did you charge me that much? She could not say anything. The other person that was there said that it will take 3-5 business days. I said I just paid that money to you not even 20 minutes ago. Are you telling me that you are not going to return my funds right away? I was barely in the room not even 10 minutes. He said that cannot give me my money back until 3-5 business days. I did not use the room. I got so angry that I had to leave because, I did not do anything to deserve this. My chest felt restricted and I went to my lady in my vehicle. She did all she can to calm me down. After about 10 minutes I was able to drive and drove out of there. I do not recommend staying at Arizona Charlies Boulder at all because of all of the extra charges that they had charged me and disrespect from the front desk. I was outraged even more 3 days later when I saw my account and saw only +$8.72 was pending to my account by Arizona Charlies Boulder Res* ArizonaCha. They lied and cheat to get people to get people to get their rooms. I wonder what would happen if I wrote to the BBB.

  2 FREE NIGHTS, TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE.!!!! I CHECKED IN and CHECKED OUT WITHIN 1 HOUR...Has NO VALET. NO HELP FOR HANDICAP SENIORS. ROOMS ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN CASINO. NOBODY TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE. THE ROOM WAS OK, THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD AROUND THE TUB AND TOILET. CURTAINS WERE NOT ON THE HOOKS. I WAS COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. ARIZONA CHARLIE'S on DECATUR is SO MUCH BETTER...TRUE REWARDS that's a JOKE....

  One of the reasons why I don’t go here is the staff is just so rude!! I rather travel the extra 25 mins to Decatur’s location

  The only thing that would make it better would be if it was winning that made it my favorite casino, instead of the employees. At least they make me feel like a winner.
