  Every interaction I’ve had with the staff, whether in-person or over the phone, has been very friendly and service oriented. Everyone has taken time to answer any questions I’ve had or ensure I’m getting the service needed. I really appreciate the team at this Trek location and can’t recommend them highly enough.

  So far not very impressed. My e bike was vandalized so I brought it in and asked if they could repair it. They assured me they could but would have to order parts. OK sounds good waited 2 weeks called to check on my bike and was told the tech assigned to my bike had family emergency it will be a few more days. Disappointing but ok I get that. Few more days go by and I call to check in again. They told me my bike would be ready by end of day so next day I call to confirm if my bike is ready and they tell me they ordered the wrong part but they caught it before the order was shipped so they are trying to get the right part before it ships out tomorrow. Now im confused and upset because that part should have been ordered weeks ago not 3 days after I was suppose to pick it up. Im now being told 2 more weeks. And they want me to pay $300 for this service.

  Friendly and very kind staff, they were able to complete my repairs in a timely manner and the prices fit the service u actually receive. Highly recommend (Adam in service department is a rock star)!
