  we love this pool we get the cabana with a mini jacuzzi in it every sever we have had has been great very attentive, foods good and drinks are good as well.

  I am leaving this review regarding an appallingly unprofessional experience with a manager wearing a name tag with the last name Torres. She was on the entrance this was Oct 4 2026 (sunday) 8:40pm to 9pm to be exact I was simply tagging along with a friend and standing quietly to the side. We were completely calm, cooperative, and respectful—we weren't yelling, forcing our way in, or making a scene. We were simply waiting quietly for confirmation on a phone call. Instead of handling a minor misunderstanding with basic human decency, Ms. Torres treated us like criminals. When I asked her why she was escalating the situation and treating us with such hostility, she claimed she wasn't—only to walk away and return with armed security to intimidate us and demand our bracelets be cut off. The behavior was completely exaggerated, hostile, and humiliating. Management should know how to de-escalate, not create a public spectacle over nothing. Absolutely terrible treatment. I hope upper management will go correct this and I hope no one will ever experience I will never go back to that casino again never!

  I am writing to formally complain about my experience at the M Pool during a recent visit. I was there to enjoy a relaxing day with my children, but instead, we were subjected to extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from our waitress, Bianca. From the start, Bianca acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome throughout our interaction. The situation became even more concerning when I questioned why my credit card had been charged two separate amounts that did not equal my final bill. I asked a simple, reasonable question to understand the charges. Rather than explaining them professionally, Bianca became visibly annoyed, wrote something down, and shoved the paper toward my face instead of speaking to me respectfully. I found this behavior intimidating, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. After this, I asked to speak with a manager. I explained what had happened and, in an effort to demonstrate how uncomfortable and disrespectful Bianca’s actions felt, I briefly held my phone up near the manager’s face so he could understand the experience from my perspective. Instead of recognizing why I found Bianca’s actions inappropriate, the manager immediately became annoyed with me and seemed to treat the situation as though I was the problem rather than addressing the employee’s behavior. My concern is not simply that there was confusion about my bill—it is how the entire situation was handled by both Bianca and management. I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from the pool area, as I believe it will clearly show Bianca’s conduct, my interaction with the manager, and how this incident unfolded. No guest should be treated this way, especially while spending time with their family. What should have been an enjoyable day with my children turned into a stressful and upsetting experience because of Bianca’s conduct and the manager’s response. I expect this incident to be thoroughly investigated. Based on the way I was treated, I believe Bianca’s behavior was so inappropriate and inconsistent with the level of service your resort should provide that I believe termination should be considered. At a minimum, I expect management to take this complaint seriously, review the surveillance footage, and ensure no other guest has a similar experience. I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of your review and the steps being taken to address this matter.

  They don’t give locals any discounts. $30 for a pool filled with tons of kids splashing around. No relaxing there. The bar takes forever to take your order even when it’s empty. They ignore you and make you wait in the hot sun. Never coming back. Don’t waste your money, go to the Palms or to Mandalay Bay
