  I am writing to formally complain about my experience at the M Pool during a recent visit. I was there to enjoy a relaxing day with my children, but instead, we were subjected to extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from our waitress, Bianca. From the start, Bianca acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome throughout our interaction. The situation became even more concerning when I questioned why my credit card had been charged two separate amounts that did not equal my final bill. I asked a simple, reasonable question to understand the charges. Rather than explaining them professionally, Bianca became visibly annoyed, wrote something down, and shoved the paper toward my face instead of speaking to me respectfully. I found this behavior intimidating, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. After this, I asked to speak with a manager. I explained what had happened and, in an effort to demonstrate how uncomfortable and disrespectful Bianca’s actions felt, I briefly held my phone up near the manager’s face so he could understand the experience from my perspective. Instead of recognizing why I found Bianca’s actions inappropriate, the manager immediately became annoyed with me and seemed to treat the situation as though I was the problem rather than addressing the employee’s behavior. My concern is not simply that there was confusion about my bill—it is how the entire situation was handled by both Bianca and management. I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from the pool area, as I believe it will clearly show Bianca’s conduct, my interaction with the manager, and how this incident unfolded. No guest should be treated this way, especially while spending time with their family. What should have been an enjoyable day with my children turned into a stressful and upsetting experience because of Bianca’s conduct and the manager’s response. I expect this incident to be thoroughly investigated. Based on the way I was treated, I believe Bianca’s behavior was so inappropriate and inconsistent with the level of service your resort should provide that I believe termination should be considered. At a minimum, I expect management to take this complaint seriously, review the surveillance footage, and ensure no other guest has a similar experience. I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of your review and the steps being taken to address this matter.

  They don’t give locals any discounts. $30 for a pool filled with tons of kids splashing around. No relaxing there. The bar takes forever to take your order even when it’s empty. They ignore you and make you wait in the hot sun. Never coming back. Don’t waste your money, go to the Palms or to Mandalay Bay

  The check in process is soooo bad. Even when you have reservations for a daybed or cabana you will be waiting for 30 minutes before you are even spoken to.

  Idk about this spot, I think for locals there's a better pool. Not a bad place but they won't refund me on the halo reservation that I didn't use. The "halo" is essentially a small black egg shaped sun soaking death trap that costs $85 that requires a minimum $50 spending while you sit on the concrete. Doesn't make much sense, not sure why I would pay for that to be honest. M resort needs to also invest in some more umbrellas. Some minor tweaks need to be made to upgrade this review.
