Was going to purchase an almost $500 pair of hiking boots which was taken from me while I continued to shop never knowing that the employee did not put them behind the paying area. When I went to pay, my shoes were not there . A few employees began looking for them but they were never found. They tried to sell me a bigger size which was weird since I had already tried on the correct size. Just don't think they did their job and were not concerned that they didn't make the sale. On Top of that , they sell a few smokey the bear items but yet we're not accommodating to a first responder. Upset to say the least because how are you going to lose a pair of boots?

REI had an updated version of the same model for one third of normal price. One bad fly zipper out of two on that side. Non-returnable. Score! Tent had been returned four days earlier.

While looking for a roof storage box, he asked me what generation 4Runner I have, when I replied I have a gen4(I love my car) he laughed and said the only 4Runner he respects are gen 2-3. Implying he does not respect my car. Unnecessary and outright rude thing to say. Lost the store a sale and I will not be returning.
