  Always a great time. And a shout out to Janette in player services who is always a great help and an asset to their staff, as well as Jade, my favorite slot attendant. Good people out there. Gooood luck!

  I was disappointed in the room. I reserved a Luxury double queen room thinking the beds would be more comfy but they were very hard and the worst part is the pillows smelled like cigarettes!! It was disgusting. The staff at the front desk were very friendly which they were the only staff I had contact with.

  There were only 14 video poker machines on the floor. Out of 14 one would mark something that you didn't want to hold, and unchecked ones you wanted. Most of the others, people were playing KENO. The last review I left was good. Since then, they took out the few poker machines that they had which wasn't much. I hate to see this happening. I guess a few more miles to Oklahoma will be what we'll have to do. SAD!!!

  I'm going to be honest here, the staff needs more training, the housekeepers def take their time to do the rooms but still shouldn't be dirty, the parking is absolutely horrible. Being disabled and having to park on the west 40 out in the middle of nowhere and alone having to walk was horrible. Ppl make their own parking spots fire lanes, parking in the drive are, parking in the rock beds, homeless ppl walking the parking lot picking up cigarettes and feeling unsafe in the environment. The machines down inside, attendants taking 45 minutes to get to your machine acting like you won big money and having to sign documents for a few bucks is uncalled for. The food is horrible, they need an RO system the water here is horrible.

  The rooms are ok at best. Mattresses could be updated and the furniture isn't kept well. The mini fridge is a joke, it's anybody's guess if it's gonna be cold or not and no way to adjust the temp on it. The worst issue is checking in for a company using a credit card authorization form. It took me over an hour to get checked in and apparently it wasn't even done right. Which would explain why despite 3 trips still couldn't get the key cards to work this morning. Then got woke up to knocking because they couldn't figure out what was going on and that's when I found out the reservation expired. No biggie got with the boss to extend the room, hey that should be easy because we stay here all lot. Well turns out they like to make things more than complicated. They have found any and every little thing wrong and we're going on nearly 2 hours and still not resolved. If you're staying here long term and need packages delivered just don't. At this point I'd risk going without life saving medication rather than try to get anything delivered here. Nothing is supposed to go to the front desk apparently which fortunately everything but one item has managed to stay at the front desk but if it ends up at the back all I can say is good luck. I've been trying to get that package for a half hour now and they don't really seem to give a damn about helping either. At this point I don't know that I would even want to stay here over night if I was paying for it myself.
