- CCCole4 days ago1.0My first time there was a pretty mediocre experience. The ambiance of the place was great, but if you love to bowl like I do, the lanes are terribly oiled. The main reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because of how we were treated at the end of our visit. My friend and I bought two drinks and asked an employee if they had two plastic cups we could use to take them to go. He kindly said no, which was completely fine. However, I misunderstood him and thought he meant it was okay to take the drinks with us in the glasses they were already in. As we were walking out, the manager rudely stopped us and demanded that we come back inside. We apologized and explained that we had misunderstood, but he responded, “No, you knew what you were doing.” I understand that we made a mistake, but we genuinely misunderstood the employee and were not trying to steal anything. The way the manager handled the situation and accused us of intentionally doing something wrong was extremely rude and left a bad impression. Because of that experience, I’m giving this place a 1-star review.

- RARoberto AbrantesAug 15, 20265.0We had a reservation for 8:30 PM at Lucky Strike in Wayne, NJ, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were immediately escorted to our two reserved bowling lanes, which made the check-in process quick and easy. There was an issue with the timing of the reservation, but the general manager quickly resolved and restored the two hour timeslot for each lane A big shout-out to Paige, Cammie, and the manager, Yaneli, for providing outstanding customer service. They frequently checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure everything was going well, and their attention to detail really made our visit enjoyable. The food was also very good for this type of establishment. My only recommendation would be to consider renovating the bathrooms, as they feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the venue. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!
- JCJuliana CarpioAug 8, 20263.0I celebrate my son’s birthday here, something small 4 kids 6yo and a 2 yo, the bowling was fun but got charged $120 additional to the $350 party fee because it only includes 1 adult per kid and we had 2 adults extra that didn’t bowl but ate, way overpriced for frozen pizza and overcooked chicken wings. Additionally we ordered the epic wings $ fries and 3 beers to avoid more over charges only to get a bill for $140 more!! To camouflage the absurd prices the menu doesn’t show $$. Bowl here, eat gourmet food for the same price somewhere else.
