- NNNJwomanJun 19, 20265.0We recently hosted a celebration at Lucky Strike for my stepson’s 8th-grade graduation, and it exceeded every expectation. I was trying to find a place where my side of the family, which includes kids ranging from 3 years old to teenagers and adults, could all genuinely have fun together. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed. Holly was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and made everything easy and stress-free. One thing that stood out to me was how accommodating they were with food allergies and dietary restrictions. I have Celiac disease, am vegetarian, and have several food allergies, and they were able to accommodate not only me but the various needs of our family members as well. When we arrived, we were blown away by the setup. Lucky Strike had reserved a private corner area and decorated it for my stepson, including his name displayed in lights. They even provided a bowling pin that guests could sign and he could keep as a special keepsake from the day. Jen, the manager on site, was absolutely exceptional. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand the challenges that come with coordinating food, drinks, and large parties. Jen knew every detail of our event before we even walked in and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was clear she genuinely cared that everyone had a great experience. Our server, Ty (Tymhir) was friendly, attentive, and did a good job making sure everyone had what they needed throughout the event. The setup was perfect for a family gathering. The kids were able to bowl and enjoy the arcade while remaining within eyesight of our seating area, and the adults got to relax, socialize, and even join in on the bowling and arcade fun. It truly offered something for everyone. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Not only was it fair, but the staff was completely transparent about costs, explaining what would be included if added to the contract ahead of time versus adding things the day of the event. That level of honesty and communication goes a long way and definitely makes me want to return. Overall, Lucky Strike delivered a memorable celebration with outstanding service, thoughtful touches, and an atmosphere that feels more upscale than your average bowling alley while still being fun and welcoming for all ages. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone.

I don’t understand why there is never any emphasis on quality bowling lanes at Lucky Strike centers. Why spend all this money on arcade games and bar drinks and projectors? Just get the lanes right and I’m coming back everytime… unfortunately I’ll never go here again. Avid bowlers, this is not the place for you. Take it from me.

I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and thought we lost the site of the importance but John was so exemplary in showing that it is alive and well. I have 2 kids and one of them wanted a stuffed animal and the older one won it. He saw how upset the little one was and went in the back and got her one. It was busy Saturday and he saw an unhappy child and fixed it. To a parent that is everything
- JNJeanette NgJun 11, 20263.0Great space for casual fun, but not for competitive bowling. The venue is massive with two floors of lanes, but the pins are attached to strings. These cables occasionally interfere with play and skew the scoring. The lanes also felt uneven, pulling balls to one side at the end. On the hospitality side, the food and drinks were tasty. The servers were very charismatic, but service took a long time and newer staff in training forgot basic items like napkins and utensils. Also, the digital screens only display the menu; you still have to flag down a server to order.
