  Our 8 and 9-year-old sons recently began weekly hitting lessons at Adrenaline Academy, and we could not be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, kindness, respect, and overall welcoming atmosphere has been truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to create a positive and supportive environment for young athletes. Our sons have especially enjoyed working with Coach Anthony. He has built a strong connection with them and they genuinely look forward to their sessions and even consider him a friend. His ability to encourage, motivate, and connect with his players is something that really stands out. What’s even more impressive is how quickly we’ve seen results. After a recent lesson, Coach Anthony confidently told one of our sons that he would hit his first triple this season. The very next day, during his Little League game, he did exactly that, nearly turning it into a home run. He was beyond excited and immediately credited Coach Anthony for believing in him. We are extremely pleased with the facility, the ownership, and the coaching staff. We look forward to continuing our time at Adrenaline Academy and highly recommend it to any family looking for high-quality training in a positive, encouraging environment.

  From the very first time I called Adrenaline to ask about baseball training and parties, their customer service was absolutely five-star. They were thorough, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. We ended up hosting our son’s birthday there and have attended several parties since—each one has been a unique and memorable experience. What really stands out is how hands-on the staff is. They go out of their way to make sure every kid is engaged and having fun. The management team is always present, actively involved in every aspect, which says a lot about how much they care. I also love that they encourage entire families to participate, especially during Power Hour and weekends. Watching our three kids rotate through batting was great, and it meant a lot when the owner, Mark, jumped in to give an impromptu lesson. That level of personal attention is rare. We love MEGHAN too! Their focus is clearly on building a community, not just making sales. They’re bringing old-school values back to the game—making baseball fun, accessible, and something everyone can enjoy. You can tell they take real pride in fostering a love for the sport. This isn’t a “money grab” business—it’s a place that genuinely cares about players and families. I can’t thank you enough for what you’re doing for the baseball community. Keep up the great work!

  Tried a catchers lesson for my daughter ..I don't normally leave reviews but this woman should not be giving lessons to anyone...her drills and training methods and material right our of youtube but her entitled condescending nasty attitude is what led me to write this review .. have always rented cage time numerous times and never had an issue with owner Mark hes actually quite helpful ...but for softball Catchers lesson stay away from that trainer ...will not return nor recommend

  I had my bachelorette here and it was so much fun! We had such a good time and Mark, Brielle and Claire were so sweet! Highly recommend coming here for all your events.
