Really unfortunate to have to come and leave this review. We were clearly agreed upon a refund as you can see below under prior reviews. And it’s been weeks and we still did not receive our full refund or even any contact or such from the owner Greg. We are still owed $250. The day after I left a review, I received a text from Greg that stated why are me and my son’s father still upset and we shouldn’t be because we are getting our money back. I don’t know what makes him think this is all about money but once again just no professionalism from this guy or organization. Not one time was an apology given to myself nor my child or our full refund like he stated.

Great facility, great coaches and the owner Greg is a fantastic guy - gave our son a tour and let him try out the shooting machine free of charge! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a state-of-the-art facility - I will be signing up my two boys for this year's summer camps!

Extremely disappointed in this organization. Owner Greg made promises to myself, the kids and other parents of expectations he did not live up too. He made two teams out of everyone he took from tryouts and made a A and B team after telling everyone there was no difference in the teams. He made the team have 8 bench players just to get money from everyone. He allowed team members from the other team to play before my son and have more playing time than kids already on the team. To watch your child be saddened due to Greg is never going to sit well with me. Telling us how much they wanted my son on the team, taking our money and turning around and not playing him is unacceptable. There is no professionalism with Greg and this organization. He has a million other jobs and this program is just another scheme for money. He does not care about the development of our kids and it shows. Not playing our son time after time again then refusing to give a refund despite not being apart of this program anymore is not okay.

MONEY GRAB AAU TEAM!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Not only is the owner not a good coach or business man, he literally took every kid that signed up for try out for $1100 each just to keep the money!!! The bench had 8 kids on the team! He was very defensive and disrespectful when I approached him about it to get answers. He told do not speak to a coach 24 hours after a game!!! I played basketball my whole life including AAU, this is not a good place to be!!! Be Aware parents !!! Also he does not issue refunds to kids who hasn’t been able to play!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jersey Hoops AAU. From the start, it felt much more like a money grab than a program focused on developing young athletes. There was little to no emphasis on actually helping players improve their skills or grow their understanding of the game. Practices lacked structure, and coaching felt inconsistent and unprofessional. The biggest issue was playing time—there was clearly no effort to provide fair or equal opportunities for all players, which is extremely discouraging for kids who are there to learn and develop. Overall, the environment did not feel supportive or development-focused. I would not recommend this organization to families looking for a positive, growth-oriented basketball experience.
