- BFBecca FreerOct 5, 20265.0This review is for Robert, a well-informed, super helpful, and kind person working the floor at this REI. He helped us look at products for a planned purchase and answered every question with clear information and a great demeanor. Thanks for helping us Robert! As REI members, we look forward to shopping at this site again because of our experience with him.
- JJJohn JaramilloSep 26, 20261.0Worst customer service. I was forced to have a membership in order to purchase my product. I was told I would receive a 10 percent discount never got it. Also not military friendly.
- TSTerry SmetaniukSep 17, 20264.0Great place of you have a FAT pocketbook. Even the clearance rack is expensive. With that said, they do have a nice variety of quality merchandise.
