Sadly, I drove out to play but decided to cancel instead. I booked as a single for a group of four on a Saturday morning when I got there they wanted to send me out as a twosome. Not an unreasonable thing, but not ideal. However, they didn’t communicate that and then they pushed me out an hour without telling me anything. I decided to leave. hopefully they can get their tee sheet clear. Looked okay

Played for the 2nd time at Royce Brook today in the Patriots Day charity scramble. Alex and his staff did a fantastic job organizing and running the event. The course itself has excellent conditions and has a great layout. Fairways and greens are second to none. I have played over 50 course in NJ in the last 2 years and this one is definitely a gems that gets left off the list of great public courses. Looking forward to my next round! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

First time playing Royce Brook since they combined the old East and West courses, and I thought it was legitimately a better overall experience. Fantastic round from start to finish. The conditions were probably the best I’ve played all year. Fairways were absolutely pure, the greens rolled true and provided plenty of challenge, and the bunkers were a major highlight—some of the best-conditioned bunkers I’ve played in a while. The new course layout felt cohesive and made for a really enjoyable round. Also very much appreciated the grass range. Really impressed with what they’ve done with the place. Already excited to get back out there.
