  The greens were in good shape, and course had an interesting lay out. Many blind shots on the front 9 and unforgiving fescue. Some of the tee boxes and fairways were in poor condition. For a $100 course, I'd expect all tee boxes to be cared for (some had heavy grass overgrowth) and not as many dead patches throughout the fairways. We started at ~7am and had decent pace of play, but I could imagine this place backs up and gets busy later in the day. Originally, I rated this a 3/5 for the conditions but giving a 4/5 for the friendly and accommodative staff.

  What happened to this place? I’ve played here a dozen times over the last few years and it used to be a great course at a great price. Now the price has gone up, and the quality has drastically gone down. The greens are solid, but the “fairways” are flat out embarrassing

  This is my 28th season as a charter member and the course as well as all the employees are fantastic and do a great job so you can enjoy your experience.

  Fairways are nice and open but need to stay in the fairway or lose your ball. Greens are playable .

  I’ve been running our Knights of Columbus outing at HighBridge hills for the last 13 years and I can tell you without reservation that General manager Jay Palmer and his staff are the best in Hunterdon County or anywhere for that matter. His attention to detail and ease of coordination in making sure things run smoothly could not be better. Golf course is always in great shape and Jay’s friendly, helpful team really makes you feel at home. Pro Ron Reed is the best teacher out there. Just a great place to have an outing!
