  Very disappointed with our experience. Earlier this morning, I called to ask about the pickleball clinic because my son was excited to try pickleball for the first time. During that call, I was specifically told that the clinics do not get canceled. Based on that information, we made the trip to the facility. When we arrived, we were told the clinic had been canceled, that I had been refunded, and asked if I had checked my email. I hadn’t checked my email because I had just spoken with an employee who assured me the clinic would not be canceled, so I had no reason to think otherwise. While I appreciate the refund, that’s not really the point. The issue was the lack of accurate communication. If clinics can be canceled, customers should be given the correct information when they call, and there should be a better system in place to ensure staff are all providing the same, up-to-date information. My son was really looking forward to trying something new, and instead we ended up wasting our time and leaving very disappointed. I hope this feedback encourages the business to improve its communication so other families don’t have the same experience. Update: I wanted to update my original review because someone from the facility reached out, acknowledged their mistake, and genuinely wanted to make things right. They generously offered my son a complimentary lesson, and we really appreciated the gesture. It says a lot about a business when they’re willing to listen to feedback, take responsibility, and work to improve the customer experience. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to your customers.

  Clean facility. Great for learning and then playing. They schedule several open play times where you can go and just play.

  This place is top of the line. Every court is in perfect condition — clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed for serious play. Whether you’re going for open play or booking a court with friends, everything runs smoothly and feels professional. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other pickleball spots in the area, especially considering the quality of the facility. Great atmosphere, great courts, and an overall awesome place to play. Definitely one of the best pickleball facilities around.
