  ⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT go to this gym. ⚠️ My husband and I have been trying for MONTHS to get back over $300 that this gym owes us, and we have gotten nowhere. First, we were charged for THREE memberships instead of two. We provided proof from our bank showing the extra charges, but the owner, Jackie, repeatedly dismissed us, saying that it “didn’t show up on her end” and therefore there was “nothing she could do.” She showed absolutely no interest in investigating the issue or helping us resolve it. Second, I paid $100 for a pair of boxing gloves that didn’t fit. I returned them the very next day and was told the money would remain as a credit toward a new pair of gloves. I never ended up ordering new gloves, and despite multiple requests, I have never received my $100 back. To make matters worse, every time we’ve disputed the charges with our bank, the gym has fought the disputes and we’ve been hit with additional fees, making the situation even more frustrating. The documentation they provided to the bank doesn’t even make sense, as it references dates from 2021, before this gym was even operating at its current location. What is most upsetting is the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Every interaction with the owner was dismissive and disrespectful. She did not seem to care that we were out hundreds of dollars, did not give us the time of day, and made no effort whatsoever to resolve the situation. At this point, after months of trying to handle this privately, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing any other appropriate avenues. Please be careful before giving this business your money.

  I joined Rumble back in August 2025, and while I have enjoyed the workouts and classes they offer, I have some reservations about their business practices. I love that they provide different variety of workouts routines and the instructors are engaging and friendly. However, I’m disappointed with some business ethics regarding there lack of transparency. I first noticed it when I missed the class and they billed me $25. I called and asked why they bill me $25 and once they stated it was because I missed the class, I told them they never informed me on that policy and all they did was apologize. As time progress, in the month of March, I wanted to cancel my membership in April (I did this in person). Instead of them canceling my membership, they decided to put it on freeze, unaware to me. I was receiving via email failed attempts to charge my card in the month of May. I contacted them once in April asking when is my account close and a second time in May asking why are they charging me and I got no reply from both emails. They tell me I have to cancel my membership in person once they realized they couldn’t just charge my account. The woman at the front desk Jacqueline said that I asked via email to freeze my account. I didn’t have my phone in my hand so I couldn’t fact check that, but come to find out, that email does not exist. I call back, the same day saying “That was an inaccurate comment you made and instead of just deleting my membership y’all froze it to get an extra $200,” and as I’m talking, she over talks me saying that the business is closed today and and I still have to pay 200 to be up-to-date. In conclusion, Rumble englewood excels in providing great workout experience but I believe they need to improve their business ethics on building more trustworthy environment for their members.

  I have asked to cancel this membership for 4 consecutive min and each month I am told I am being emailed a form and each month I am disputing the charge and you have the nerve to the instructors call me asking why I have not been in the gym two months in a row and I tell them I cancelled my membership I literally stepped in your gym twice and you think I owe you over $400 I have all the call records and emails. I am filing a complaint on your business and will once again file a dispute and now will have to freeze my damn credit card. Addendum: 10/11/24 So the manager Drew just called me and wants to go back and forth about when I canceled my bill when I am reading emails sent directly to him telling him that I have called several times to cancel this membership and him being able to see I have not step foot in this gym since July. I stated to keep the July payment and to refund me August and September. So I will now be disputing this with Citibank and making a complaint on this gym this is horrible business practice and customer service. 10/16/24 So since the manager Drew felt fit to comment under my review acting like he is not part of the issue and super unprofessional he's hilarious. I know you are in Englewood and rent is high but I hope the owner if it's not you eventually sees the nonsense of this club. I already reported you to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer of Finances along with my credit card company.

  Let’s get ready to rumble!! High energy, intense (option to modify) cardio and conditioning, 10 rounds bag and floor.Not only does the instructors bring the heat but they also bring the fun!! You never get bored, the atmosphere the music, the glow up. It may sound intimidating but it really does cater to everyone’s fitness level. I’ve done kickboxing/boxing in the past but the energy in RBE is Addicting! Love RBE!! ❤️
