  I drove here because the Paramus location doesn't exist anymore. 40 minute drive, explored the entire store and found a fabulous pair of pants that had zippers to make them into shorts. Got to the register and was told I couldn't purchase them because I'm not a member. I could of done a lot more shopping of things I did see but I didn't get paid yet to do so... which makes me think what else would of been taken away from me saying you can't buy this. A pure waste of time, a waste of driving to and from and I'll never recommend nor visit again.

  Went in for an installation for a bike rack. Pete T was the installer. He actually showed me how to put it on and take it off the cross bars many times. He always went out his way to bring out a bike and actually showed me how to put a bike on the rack. Professionalism at its finest!

  Horrible. One person at the register on Thursday around 7pm, 6 people in line. Service - husband was trying shoes and planning to buy several pairs, when I asked for sizes for 3 pairs - young guy in shoe section was like: “whoa, all of them!?” Umm, well, if a customer is buying a few pairs at $170/pair, he needs to try a few pairs, doesn’t he!? Then another lady came (I think young guy went home) and told another customer (who had a few things in his hands) to go try it now cause he only has half an hour. Honestly, really expected better service at their prices and with only like 10 people in the store! I don’t think we’ll be back.
