- GHGeorge Hayes3 days ago5.0My teaching professional is outstanding. He’s observant, explains things clearly, and what’s more, he’s a really good guy. The facilities and equipment are excellent. What’s most important is GolfTec has improved my game dramatically. Between the lessons and club fittings, my handicap has dropped 10 points. If you want to play better golf, GolfTec is the place to go.

I was told I can take my lesson whenever I'd like so I purchased the golf package. What they left out is that the lessons expire. Which is insane that you can charge someone for a service and keep the money without providing the service. These people should be in jail. Thieves. That coach lied to me about taking the lessons whenever I want and supposedly he doesn't work there. I reached out several times through the year and no one ever got back to me. Terrible service.

I’ve gone from an average distance of 145yds with a huge slice/fade with my 7 iron to consistently hitting it 175yds with a much more playable draw and fade that tightened up my dispersion. I’ve also improved significantly with driver, and have all but eliminated my slice. Greg Bowers is an excellent coach and I have signed up for a second lesson package this year so I can improve even more!

- SSSteveJul 9, 20265.0Steve Williamson TJ Scillieri was recommended to me by my friend and past customer of his. He's been there 21 years, and really knows how to teach! I've been so comfortable with the swing evaluation and lessons. I'm about to but an entire new set, and get them fit for me. The technology they use at Golftec is great and so precise. It's very easy to understand too. My swing mechanics have improved tremendously and are getting even better with every lesson. It shows in my scores that continue to decrease. I purchased a 15 lesson pack, and will have the clubs fit after my 5th or 6th lesson. My goals are being met, and I couldn't be more satisfied with TJ and Golftec in East Hanover, NJ.

The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
