The Golden Nugget is a very nice hotel in Atlantic City. We stayed here two nights and we really enjoyed it. They have a casino downstairs. The rooms are very clean. They have parking in the parking deck.
They also have a pool and a Jacuzzi in H2O.
We really enjoyed our stay here and everyone was really accommodating that works here. We will be coming back.
I highly recommend the Golden Nugget.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City.
I checked in on Monday, and throughout my entire stay I called Housekeeping seven different times requesting that my room be cleaned. Despite all of those requests, my room was never cleaned even once.
On top of that, we requested basic items to be delivered to our room on multiple occasions, and those requests were either ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled.
When I went to the front desk to address the situation, I asked to speak with a manager. I was informed that the manager would not meet with me, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. After several days of poor service, I expected someone in management to take the time to listen to my concerns and help resolve the issue.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel that promotes itself as a premium destination. A clean room is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, and having to repeatedly ask for service without receiving it is simply unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations, and unless the hotel significantly improves its customer service and accountability, I would not recommend staying here.

It was ok. Just remember when you check out to do it well before 11am. It will be packed because people are trying to go to the pool or checking out using the elevators. Rooms a little older and not clean in terms of the bathroom. The bedroom still had dust and stuff from the last guests. The pool was the really good thing about it just remember to get their at 9:45am because there will be no free seats except paying $50-$500 dollars for bed or cabana.

We loved it here as a whole .The electronic games were kind of redundant. Sunday night the restaurants were all on different times but basically closed or closing before 9 - we didn’t know that was a thing here . Anthony and Vic’s was our favorite restaurant here, but some entrees were even a little overpriced than they should be for the entree portion - the sides were not relatively expensive & good . The desserts were elegantly presented .
The whole place is worth going for a couple days , we don’t gamble but did do a few machines . They have a band area and an outdoor bar for that .
One can drive to the beach easily . The rooms here were less expensive than ones near or on the beach . I’ll save my disdain for one that has excellent reviews which husband and I were glad to leave . Really liked our stay here , it was not flashy or crazy , just right.

As locals who frequently visit the casinos, Golden Nugget is just not for us. It was fun on the deck for bands but, casino floor is laid out very strange, the rooms are in definitely in need of a revamp. Luckily everything was working in the room but, my friend's room next door, nothing worked. And if you're hungry for food after 7pm Sunday through Thursday, forget it. Nothing is open except room service. We will be sticking with Borgata, Ocean and Hard Rock. And if you check in before 4pm, they charge you. Won't be back for an overnight stay.
