I give one star for the fact that the room was not “very clean” and they do not clean every day either. Our shampoo and soap was finished in the room and we did not get a refill. It’s like they don’t check it before people check in. Overall nice hotel but maybe hygiene can be better. I loved their Mexican restaurant and will definitely eat there again. Hopefully you can employ more people to clean around. There is so much durst and u can clearly see the walls and door shelves that they are not very clean. Also the safe doesn’t really close well and it kept hitting on our the door so we couldn’t store our things there for reference we were in room 1423 around there on the 14th floor. The views were great. It’s such a pity that the balcony door does not open.

I don't think it's worth what you pay for. Everything is overpriced and there's a $40/night charge just for a tourism fee. If I wanted to use a cart to bring my luggage and bags to my room, I had to use a bell hop, which I didn't want to use. The walk from the parking garage to the elevators is ridiculously long, so I about killed myself lugging everything to my room. The shower was not very good. I stayed 4 nights and never got a good night's sleep because the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The view was nice though.

This is my third visit to the Golden Nugget within the last two weeks. We usually book a room and I have not been disappointed, especially with the section of new rooms. Even though you can’t guarantee a win every time you go, You are guaranteed good food, drinks, and entertainment.

I'm a Chairman card holder and I was not happy with the meal that served at the Chairman club it has been going down hill for while now. I was served sausage that was not cooked in the middle which would cause people to get sick. The stuffed clams were overcooked and the pasta was overcooked with to much garlic butter. I'm a ser safe cook and I don't think this is acceptable. I'm sorry but I have been coming to the Chairman club for years and I think that the quality of this has been going down hill for a while now

Located in a casino, you know you are in a loud place full of people seeking their fortune with that 1 special quarter. I was just passing thru and needed an affordable room. Hotel: meh. Rooms: clean and spacious (but for some reason they do not change your bedsheets during your stay). Extra star for the free parking.
