  Lashanda at the front desk is a true asset to this establishment! Friendly, professional and goes the extra mile mile to help customers. The Waterfront is very lucky to have her on their team.   My husband and I were excited for a night away but the excitement was short lived. We reserved a room that was not facing the river because there was nothing showing there was a difference except for the view. We didn’t plan on looking out the window much during our stay. First the bed sheets were dirty with stains on them. Housekeeping came to change the sheets. No coffee pot in the room, no mirror except for in the bathroom, the bed hurt our backs all night, the staff that was there the day were were leaving seemed bothered by any request or question asked. I was able to see in a room that faced the river and it was much nicer. Had jacuzzi tub, table with mirror for dressing in the room and much more kept it seemed! Sure wish we would have know to get the Riverview side before out stay!

  That new food menu is a waste of time I got a BLT money sandwich was soggy In had belt cheese old soft tomato’s just sad tatertots was burnt I just got home to cheap it yall got high with the food in cheap with the customer no to go trays cheap tray to go plus I order the new chicken wing s they was to big in blood was still in the chicken the phillly steak was nasty the onions and bell pepper was cut so big I can’t eat that but I throw that in the trash it doesn’t make no sense in the employees rude when taking your food. I play to much money to deserve that the host in management don’t care about nobody Just the money they make never again

  The gaming floor is spacious and laid out well. Most of the machines are new and popular titles. I will say that after visiting numerous casinos across the country they returned to player on these machines is set way too low. It would be nice to get a bonus or something. Going straight to zero is not fun. There is a reason I'm here on the Saturday afternoon and the parking lot is more than half empty. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I will probably try again..

  Vicksburg offers a great deal of value for your money. The rooms are spotless and incredibly affordable. Surprisingly, the casino is larger than I had anticipated. They also have a charming little grill where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. I highly recommend the fried catfish platter; it was absolutely amazing. The French fries were homemade, adding to the overall deliciousness of the meal.
