  Very pleased with the room, I didn't get 8th floor but 6th floor was good. I was disappointed the pool got closed for repairs I was looking forward to spending the day in the pool yesterday. First morning had no regular coffee cream downstairs but this morning they did have it. I always enjoy my complimentary room stay. I spent too much at casino but that's ok. The service at casino was not good. I was there for at least 4 hours and had to track down one drink. That's the only drink I had and they were out of lime and a lot of the ticket redemption machines were not working. All in all me and my grandson had a quite 2 night stay. Room service at motel was good as usual. I will be back. Thank you

  We drove all the way from Dallas and arrived just after 1:00 a.m., only to be told we couldn’t check in because it was too late. There was no effort to accommodate us or offer any alternative, despite having a confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, the reservation was non-refundable, so we were left without a room and out the money we paid. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I expected much better customer service.

  What was bad the casino hotel was long walk up very steep hill across highway from the casino.was supposed to be shuttle every 30 minutes, but they said that only runs sometimes Friday and Saturday....Have never seen such a thing. Also the little plastic information in the bathrooms that advises guests if they forgot tooth brush, razor, etc to go to front desk and the staff will get it instead had a threatening sign about stealing towels.

  Came into the lobby to book a room for a few nights. After booking realized that we would have to stay somewhere else because the amenities wouldn’t work for our trip. Got them to cancel our room they told me that in the morning the manager would be able to do the refund for me. 2 days later check my statements and I got charged. Called up and the front desk is no help and tells me that I can’t get my money back for a room I never even stepped foot in. Currently having to dispute the transaction with my bank. I can’t speak on the rooms given I’ve never been in them but as far as the way the hotel handles returns and customer service definitely is very very unprofessional

  Walked in to book a hotel room, we booked for 4 nights and were going to stay. We are here on a business trip, they let us know they didn’t have breakfast but “there a waffle house” and we wanted to immediately cancel, because we needed fast breakfast because we have to get going in the morning. We never went to the room, never seen the room never even went past the lobby, we canceled in 5 minutes. They let us know that our card would be charged $153.99 and the manager would be in tomorrow to reverse it. We looked at statements two days later and it was charged. We called front desk and informed them and they said “we need a 24 hour notice”. Mind you we canceled 5 minutes within booking AT THE FRONT DESK. We asked to speak with a manager, once again was told “no manager is here”. They refused to refund us money for a hotel we never stayed in. We will be in touch.
