  Very nice hotel and great location right off the Washington exit. Only downfall would be that the hotel and casino are not connected and are across a not so great street.

  Nice little casino! Staff was friendly and they have a decent selection of games. Very easy to find and has a gorgeous view of the Mississippi.

  Poor quality was not a luxury hotel in my book. Bed was broken-it tilted and my grandson fell off and hit his head. Had to change rooms at 10 pm. No hot water in the room. No hair dryer. Made reservations at Bourbons and my grandson couldn’t get in because he was 19 not 22. Wanted it to be special for him and it certainly wasn’t. I’m a choice hotel member and they said they didn’t do that.will never ever go back.

  There was cigarette smoke everywhere! When I went back to my hotel I smelt like a ashtray! They should have slots and board table room with no smoking! We wanted to stay longer but had to get out of there!!

  I stopped coming to this casino a few years ago because I was constantly harassed by this short chubby black security guard most times I went to this casino. I complained about him a couple of times and filed an official complaint against him. Apparently, it didn’t make a difference because I recently started visiting the location, again and, surprisingly, he is still there. Ridiculous! Now, my latest experience is causing me to completely leave this place alone. I attempted to utilize an offer that was available for another Penn location, I contacted my host within the required minimum 72 hour advance request because the request had to be submitted via the host. It was Thursday when I requested it for the following Wednesday, well within the 72 hour window. I followed up a couple of times with my host to ensure my request was being processed. As of today, Monday, nothing was ever reserved. When I reached out to another host (Tionne) this morning, she was a very sweet person, for assistance they were unable to book the room because they were told it wasn’t within the 72 hour window. The ball was dropped by someone and it was foolish/tacky for the customer to be penalized for an error caused within Penn Entertainment. The fact that no one had the authority nor insight to see how ridiculous this situation was handled says there is poor leadership still at this Vicksburg location. I am sure I will get the standard canned response to my review from the casino. Take the time to contact the individuals providing helpful feedback to get as much information as possible to help you all address any necessary issues. Fortunately, I have taken the time to leave a voicemail message and emailed the corporate office. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with any similar problems in the future.
