  we had fun didn't leave with a lot but had fun outside is kinda of run down but inside was nice and bathroom was clean

  This hotel needs REVAMPING IMMEDIATELY!!! We stayed on the 7th floor. Room smelled stale. Our sink drained slowly to which maintenance came promptly but didn't have the tool to snake the drain. Cable kept going in and out on some stations. Furniture, bed, mattress all need to be thrown away!!!!!!!!!! There was a gecko on the bathroom floor at 2am!! I nearly lost it!! Hadn't stayed here in over 2 years and won't be returning anytime soon! Staff was pleasant and lobby area smelled as the entire hotel SHOULD have. DO BETTER AMERISTAR AND PENN PROPERTIES!!!!

  Hotel is Old Run Down and DIRtY plus 😂 one sheet on bed so have to sleep on top of sheet and comforters touch skin never washed …

  1st night we stayed the fire alarm went off and we exited the hotel using the stairs. My main concern while taking the stairs down to the main floor there was debris on almost every floor including the main floor. I will not be coming back to this location I was excited to stay with my family but disappointed by all the new restrictions of the hotel policy.

  Overall, we had a good stay. The front desk staff was very friendly, and when we requested a different room because they changed it immediately without any hassle. The room had a nice view of the river, which we really enjoyed, and the in-room coffee maker was a great bonus. The only issue was that we found hair in the shower, so the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. Also one of the beds was damaged. Overall, it’s a good hotel for an overnight stay. Vicksburg isn’t really a destination we’d visit for a vacation, but it’s a convenient place to stop while traveling.
