The rooms leave more to be desired. The shower did not have a vent and the bathtub design is a poorly designed tilting glass. Our balcony view had a poor view of the beach/ocean, overlooking another hotel which blocked a majority of the view. Additionally, I could not charge my vehicle due to a Corvette ZR1 blocking a charger. I was also unable to order an alcoholic drink in a cup because, "we don't want people taking them out the casino." But, one restaurant is serving daiquiris in an unmarked foam cup? I feel like I would get better quality out of a $100 a night Holiday Inn Express. This place was overall just acceptable. Not great, not horrible.

The service staff are the best experience about the GN. Friendly, welcoming, ready to assist with any needs with a smile and good attitude. The hotel and casino itself need modern upgrading. It’s dark, dusty and worn. There is a heavy odor in the hotel elevators and hotel hallways. It’s a smoking casino and it is too much at times. The games were fun. The payouts good. The restaurants are nice. Again, wonderful staff. Great customer service.

Highly disappointed. I stayed for about a week during spring break with my children, pool was closed majority of the stay. Last day they opened the pull so we went as soon as it opened and bought a cabana, I planned to stay all day. Btw this resort is not made for children. Anywho a child relieved herself in the pool and the pool was shut down and we were asked to leave, no problem but we haven’t even been here a hour so I need a refund. They told me to email customer service no problem. That was April and it’s now August, I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. Mind you the cabana was $50! It’s not I’m asking them to refund my stay. I’ll never set foot back in Biloxi

This casino gets worse and worse. Now there is a manager that was their over the weekend and a floor attendant said his name was Carl, he was following my husband around staring at him. My husband had got off a new slot they just put in called phoenix link and I guess he quit playing it when the number of free games was high. Carl held the machine until this asain lady with long hair walked over and played it. She won like $1200!! It just doesn't sit right with me. I know everything is random but it still feels like something shady was going on. Palace pays better and you don't have some weirdo walking around staring at you.

A really enjoyable casino in a convenient location with everything you would expect from a property of this chain. The atmosphere is lively and entertaining while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. There is a great variety of slot machines as well as plenty of table games. One thing I especially appreciated is that they still offer tables with $5 and $10 minimum bets. That is becoming harder to find at many casinos and makes it possible to enjoy the table games without having to play at high limits. The rewards program is also very attractive and offers good benefits, particularly if you visit properties within this chain regularly. There are plenty of bars and restaurants throughout the property, giving you a lot of options for food, drinks, or simply taking a break from gaming. Overall, this casino offers a great combination of gaming, dining, and entertainment. The affordable table minimums are a big plus, and the entire property has a pleasant atmosphere where you can easily spend several hours. Definitely worth a visit and an easy five-star rating for me.
