  Walked into the store today around 3:30 and two people behind the counter We’re chatting and never glanced at me Or said a word. The store was dead, no Other customers around. When I left, they looked at me but no thanks for coming in or Have a good day. Didn’t say a word. I remember the last time I was in the same thing happened. I didn’t feel welcome so I think I’ll take my business elsewhere

  Brought in a front bike tire to replace the tube. The person helping was able to quickly change out the tube and get the tire up and running again. He didn't mention a service charge or ask for my sign off on that cost so I was surprise and annoyed where a $15 labor charge for a few minutes of work was added to the bill. I would have changed it myself knowing that. Understand why there's a service change but that felt excessive.
