  I had a disappointing experience at this ski shop. I clearly told the staff that I am already working on parallel skiing on blue trails(type 2 skier), which generally requires a stiffer boot. However, I was sold a pair of Dalbello Veloce Max 65 W (flex 65) – 2025 model for $299.99, which is far too soft for my level and progression. After purchasing, I found that the 2026 model is listed at $279.99 at full price on the official Dalbello website, and the 2025 model is significantly cheaper at many other retailers. This makes the pricing here feel misleading and not competitive. Proper boot fitting and honest recommendations are extremely important in skiing, both for performance and safety. I expected professional guidance, but instead I feel I was oversold an outdated and unsuitable product at an inflated price. I would strongly recommend that future customers do their own research beforehand and double-check model year, flex suitability, and market pricing before purchasing here.

  Great selection of products. Knowledgable sales people. Just be aware that they have a stringent policy on returns and/or exchanges. Meaning, if you have used a product -- even for just a few days -- and have issues you're more or less on your own.

  I had a great experience at this ski shop thanks to a young gentleman who helped me out. I believe his name was Issac. He was extremely professional and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained things really clearly. It’s rare to find customer service like that. The shop itself is really nice. Quite pricey, but a great selection. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  What an awesome experience! Went in not looking to buy, as my sister was the one just needing to buy ski boots. As I was browsing the snowboards, Stu came over and started chatting with me - I’ve had a beginner board for the last 6 years so he started educating me on all the different kinds of boards. There was no pressure to buy on his end - he was genuinely pleased to educate - I ended up buying one of the boards and so excited to hit the Mountain with! Highly recommend

  Great experience purchasing boots and skis here recently. They had them mounted and ready for me to take skiing for the weekend in just hours on a busy winter Friday afternoon. Equipment is working out great! Thanks!!
