- ASAlexandra SievingOct 14, 20265.0I was surprised at the review that said the store is pricey. They have a range of equipment and price points. I called ahead, discussed my budget and made an appointment for a boot fitting. Because it was early September, they still had some excellent past season inventory that fit well and was affordable for me. Purchased one pair of boots and two sets of skis. The customer service, expertise, and attentiveness was the best I've seen in a ski store, or really in any retail establishment, for decades. I will be a customer for life.

- JBJ BJan 6, 20255.0Stu is incredible. I've worked in retail and service for over 20 years and Stu is as good as it gets! I wish all my colleagues were of his caliber. He was incredibly kind, knowledgable, patient and low pressure. After about 30 minutes of helping me find the right ski boot, I sheepishly let him know that I might not be in a position to buy that day. He was totally unfazed and continued to help me for another hour and a half until well after the store had technically closed! Although I didn't make a purchase that day, and may not be able to until next season, when I am ready to buy there is no doubt where I'll be going and who I'll be seeing. Thanks again Stu!!
