  We specifically chose to play East Mountain because it's known for having a more laid-back, beginner-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, the sheer disrespect and hostility from the starter completely ruined our day before we even took a swing. Our group was on the tee box, ready to play, exactly at our scheduled tee time. Apparently, the group ahead of us had gone out early. Instead of doing his job and managing the course flow, the starter power-tripped and took his frustration out on us. He was incredibly mean, aggressive, and downright rude—talking down to us and treating us like we were a nuisance for simply standing on the tee at the exact time we paid to be there. To make matters worse, two of the four members in our group were new female golfers who were already a bit intimidated. His aggressive, bullying demeanor made them feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome before the round even started. There is absolutely no excuse for a staff member to be that disrespectful to paying customers, let alone newcomers to the sport trying to learn in what is supposed to be a welcoming environment. It was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and left a terrible taste in our mouths for the rest of the round. Management needs to address this guy's attitude immediately because he has no business working in customer service.

  Danced the night away with Rock 201...food was fast and very good, I had shrimp salad on croissant and onion rings, wow!
