  We've been going here for boots & ski fitting for my little ones for a few years and the techs do an amazing job. Staff provides great customer service and is very helpful! Highly recommended this place.

  I had an incredibly positive experience with Boston Ski and Tennis after a frustrating situation at the Westborough Ski Swap. I purchased what I believed were high-quality skis with bindings, only to later learn the bindings failed testing and were unsafe to use. Naturally, I was extremely upset. Boston Ski and Tennis stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. They took the initiative to track down the shop that originally sold the skis through the swap, provided guidance and reassurance—and even replaced the faulty bindings free of charge. They truly didn’t have to get involved, but they did, and I’m so grateful. On top of that, their seasonal rental program is outstanding—you won’t find a better value anywhere. This is a local business that genuinely cares about its customers.
