  I recently purchased an X-LAB RS-7 from Munroe Velo in Topsfield, MA and had a great experience working with Jake, the owner. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to help guide me through the process without any pressure. The shop has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, whether you’re new to cycling or have been riding for years. I’d absolutely shop there again and would recommend Munroe Velo to anyone looking for a quality road, gravel, or mountain bike shop.

  Super knowledgable shop offering terrific service and quick turnaround. They are up on the latest industry trends, but happy to take care of your kid's bikes too..

  I've purchased two bikes, some accessories and had them build a carbon mt bike wheel & I couldn't be happier with the shop. They're active in the community leading gravel and mt bike rides and the shop has a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Happy to have them here!!

  I LOVE this bike shop. Jake has proven to be honest effective and efficient. They are my new go to shop for all my bikes. The repairs and maintenance I have had done here are top notch! The employees that i have met are good at what they do, and always say hi when I walk in. I have a few high end bikes and I 💯 trust Jake and his team. I cant say enough about how happy I am to have found them. Can't beat the fact they are right near great road, gravel ( right smack dab on the rail trail ) and mountain bike routes. Bust something on your ride? Drop it off on the way out :). Whatever biking is your preference, Jake and his team are eager to help. These guys are the best of the best. Thank you!

  I’ve visited several shops in the area, but Munroe Velo is easily my new go-to. I brought in both of my bikes for tune-ups, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I was back on the road much sooner than expected. • Honest Pricing: There were absolutely no unnecessary charges or "surprise" add-ons. They fixed exactly what was needed and didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't want. • Top-Tier Service: The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly.
