  Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff with fair pricing and great turnaround times. Not the arrogant, push a 15k road bike on you, type of place (although if that’s your jam they can probably do that too). This is my new go-to shop on the north shore and it should be yours as well.

  Since moving to the North Shore over 20 years ago, I have been searching for a bike shop in the area that checks all the boxes. Munroe Velo has done just that. I was so grateful to the staff after visiting the shop for the first time with my 80-year-old father a few months ago, in order to find him the right gravel bike. The staff was very knowledgeable, and not pushy or judgmental…they just wanted to help us out! Since then, I have been back there myself for smaller purchases, as well as for major repairs on a couple of my bikes. I’ve been so happy with the knowledge and understanding that the staff at Munroe Velo has demonstrated. I am thrilled with their service!!!

  Munro and team built up my custom order bike and custom add-ons in just a few days. Before selecting a bike they shared several options with me that fit what I was looking for. They are easy to work with, have lots of options, and are very good at dealing with everyone when the shop is busy and full of customers.

  I've been coming here to get my TT bikes serviced for a few years now. The team has always been awesome to work with. They're knowledgeable and professional. Happy to help with whatever wacky bike I bring in. It definitely gives me peace of mind before race days if they've looked things over for me. They have a great selection of bikes and gear, run gravel rides every Thursday, and are always a pleasure to chat with. Hands down the best shop around.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Experience at Munroe Velo Highly recommend Jake at Munroe Velo. My 8-year-old outgrew his bike right before his camp at Clark in Rowley started. I got off work late, but Jake was incredibly accommodating and helped us find the perfect fit. He even installed a kickstand so it was ready to go. My son is really excited about his new bike. Excellent, straightforward customer service—we'll definitely be back.
