One was clearly just on script and unable to really listen to what I was saying. The second employee was clearly in a rush; he must have had something else he needed to do. He must have been under pressure from his job to get something done and helping a customer was not that something. I know a lot of people are not that happy when they’re working. These guys fall into that category.

Everything there is well made. They also have a very good return policy. And a 10% rebate if you become a member which doesn't cost very much.
