Knowledgeable staff, a good range of grades and styles designed for specific activities. Everything there is well made. They also have a very good return policy. And a 10% rebate if you become a member which doesn't cost very much.

If you go on a weekend, don’t be surprised if it’s busy, and don’t be afraid to ask for help - staff is likely just tied up helping other customers.
