  Great selection of shoes in the back. Associates were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Becoming an REI member is kind of a no brainer too.

  Staff was nice. Lots of choices. We were on vacation and my son forgot his raincoat, and we found a good affordable option here

  Have found the staff at this place reliably helpful but also not pushy--multiple folks have emphasized that they don't work on commission so I shouldn't feel like I was wasting their time asking a bunch of questions. Everyone has been really informative as well--I went in asking for stability and cushioned running shoes and the woman in the shoe department instantly picked her recommendation off the shelf and knew to adjust the size down for better fit. I asked her to bring me a variety of brands and still wound up going with the first pair she suggested because they were the most comfortable and secure. I also recently purchased my first bike as an adult here, and the staff person I worked with picked the size better than the bike manufacturer's sizing information would've! I almost went with something too small, but absolutely needed the larger size. The member return policy is amazing, so it is easier to not be scared of the cost on purchases I *think* I will use a lot, but may wind up finding are not for me--I returned a pair of trail shoes I selected without staff help after two weeks of steady use because they hurt my feet; took about ten seconds.

  Zero 0 Nada None Zed customer service. I’m hoping someone in charge visits incognito and see the lack of customer service. I mean they walk by in a trance. Just at least acknowledge the presence of a customs. I won’t be back soon
