REI is definitely THE place to go for anyone looking to get geared up for outdoor activities. Whether you're into hiking, running, cycling, or kayaking, they have everything you need. Top-tier selection, great quality, and super knowledgeable staff!

It is a great place but I was looking for running shoes and they do not offer many options. Everything else was really good

Still can’t forget the time an older (65+) sales person aggressively refused to lower the seat on a bike I was trying to buy, he had it so high my foot wasn’t on the pedal any longer when at 6 o’clock with my leg fully locked out. The sales person actually said this was ideal, and if I couldn’t get comfortable with it I should try a 20” wheel bike. Place is a joke, had I not known better I can imagine concluding that cycling isn’t for me, which is not the case at all.

This is the smallest REI I have been to, but is much bigger than it looks from the outside and has a decent selection. All staff members I've interacted with here have been very knowledgeable and kind. Great experience. It's also very easy to exchange it return items purchased online here.

September 1, 2026: I went to the store to purchase and return some items, and Izzy went above and beyond to help us. She helped me create a new membership and even tracked down items that we had purchased but, for some reason, could not be found in the system—even though they were in the database. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, we were able to successfully return the products. She truly saved our day! If the manager sees this, please give Izzy the recognition and reward she deserves. She went above and beyond, and her exceptional customer service should absolutely be acknowledged. Thank you, Izzy!
